One of the most beautiful crescent shaped beaches in the world: Hanalei Bay for sunbathing, long walks, jumping off the pier, surfing, boogie boarding, people watching. Hanalei town has a great small town feel with unique dining and shopping. Ask me for advice on where to dine.

Take in the magnificent views with a drive to the end of the road: Ke'e Beach; totally worth it.

Like to Hike? Okolehao, Hanakapiai or Kalalau will get your fix.

Limahuli Botanical Garden; become a member if you like: history, plants, and local culture.

Kilauea Lighthouse: gorgeous views surround this historic site, a bird sanctuary as well. Picture worthy! Then eat lunch in Kilauea town at Kai Bar, The Bistro, or Kilauea Fish Market or grab and go a picnic lunch at North Shore Market and take it to the beach.

The Princeville Shopping Center is a short drive or walk away; you can get all you need in groceries, gifts, as well as restaurants and bars within 1 mile of this condo.

Makai Golf Course is a 1/4 mile away.

A 2-mile walking/jogging path that meanders alongside the golf course with a stunning backdrop of mountain views, which is also the view from the master bedroom, and downstairs lanai.

Visit 1 Hotel for fine dining, spa treatments and views from the bluff above Hanalei Bay.

Ideally situated for exploring the North Shore. Unit is spacious and clean. Pictures do it justice. Perfect for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well, as did laundry and all other core amenities. Generally happy with the unit.

One of our favorite stays on the island of over 25 visits. This property had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The location was excellent and the view of the mountains from the lanais is one of our favorite features. Just a great property!

Girls getaway

I had a wonderful stay here with my daughter in law and my 3 granddaughters. Thanks to the beautiful surroundings and pool area we were all vey pleased with not needing to do lots of excursions. Thank you for helping me to make lasting memories with my girls.

Perfect Princeville Condo

This was the perfect vacation home for our family of six. It was very clean and spacious. Beautiful views and located close to beaches, grocery store, and Hanalei with restaurants and shopping. It was equipped with beach bags, cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and a boogie board as well as shampoo/conditioner and body wash. A great home, in a great location, on a beautiful island.

Perfect Week on Kauai

Enjoyed being back on Kauai and love the North Shore. Great week and perfect accommodations. Condo was just as described and would definitely book this place again. Appreciated the pre-arrival communication. Thanks for a great week. Only odd thing was condo door was already open.

Lovely Property -better description needed

This is a beautiful property and community. I wish the property would have said it faced the busy street and there is a lot of street noise off the master bedroom. Wish their was a television in 2nd bedrooms. I wish they would have shared how amazing the pool is and the bar b q area.

She had a welcome basket with Hawaiian staples, had sunscreen, toiletries, towels, beach chairs, bikes, etc. available for her guests. She was very communicative and even sent a text to introduce herself prior to our arrival in the event we had any questions or issues. Beautiful property and wonderful hospitality!

Clean Princeville Condo

We really enjoyed our time here, and would stay there again. The overall cleanliness was much appreciated. The Master Suite and bath are both spacious and comfortable. The jack and Jill bath connecting the upstairs bedrooms was also convenient. Each Queen bedroom had its own sink/vanity and the shower/toilet was shared. The host left a nice welcome basket and had all the extra supplies and amenities for our stay, including laundry supplies, even a backup sunscreen. We took advantage of the beach chairs, cart and cooler. The Princeville location is convenient to great beaches like Anini and Hanalei, and not too far from Tunnels and Haena. This unit is kind of a hike to the pool - like probably over 5 minutes with kids - and there isn’t really any parking at the pool other than 15-min loading spaces. Also, there is a fairly busy street between the lanai and the golf course, so traffic kind of took away from the serenity we expected in the outdoor space. Overall, we weren’t in the condo much, so that was a minor thing. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in our next trip to the North Shore.

Family Getaway

The house was everything the ad said it would be; beautiful & stocked with all the essentials. The complex location was ideal and community very safe - our family visit was just women & children so feeling and being safe was key. The only thing not ideal about the actual unit (4A) is the road noise - not a burden in the day but definitely at night if you are a light sleeper like me. The master bedroom and lania back up to a main thoroughfare in Princeville and not only can you hear every car, but at night all the headlights shine and flash through the master bedroom. The sliding door to the lanai has sheer curtains, so I had to find a dark blanket to put over the slider every night (and then take it down every morning to let sun light in). I also had to use the portable fans in the house at night to try and drown out road noise; which helped a little but not entirely. The propert itself and the manager were both amazing! But the road noise and road lights were definitely inconvenient every night, esp when we were super tired from long busy (but fun) days. I'd stay again but not at this particular unit. I would try to find a unit in the middle of the complex and away from the road.

Mostly wonderful

We enjoyed our stay and had lots of amenities. Only complaint would be for 6 adults staying needed bigger dining room table and chairs and needed a few more chairs on first floor lanai. Did not think couch was very comfortable and again could use a few more chairs to sit on.Also beds in smaller rooms were not that comfortable and I bought nightlights as it was really dark in the bedrooms. The area was beautiful and our condo unit was really nice, clean and well kept up

The unit was very clean and well taken care of. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was within walking distance of a few food trucks. Close to resorts for breakfast, lunch ,dinner or drinks with amazing views. Only a mile or two from the Princeville shops and conveniently central to all of the North and Northeast activities. Our on island host, Martie Law, was awesome. She was quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Nahiliani 4a!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with some family and friends 5 of us total, and we just had the greatest time! The house was spectacular! Rooms were very comfortable with private lanais! The kitchen and living room areas were a great gathering spot for food dinks and games! They also had plenty of beach gear in the garage so it made going to the beach that much easier. Very cute decor made it feel like a 2nd home. And the place was spot less they take great care of the property. Highly recommend! Definitely will stay again next time I’m in Kauai!
