We love the natural flow between indoors and out. Per HOA guidelines, overnight parking outside the garage is limited to approved guest spaces and requires a permit.

Aloha! We’re Karthik and Dhivya—avid travelers who have explored countless destinations around the world, yet Princeville is the one place that truly captured our hearts. While we live among the majestic Rocky Mountains in Colorado, our home on Kauai is where we come to slow down and reconnect with the rhythm of the ocean.
This is our personal residence, thoughtfully curated with a blend of classic and contemporary design to create a refined island sanctuary. We spend several months here each year and take great pride in maintaining a calm, elegant space that reflects the natural beauty of the North Shore. We’re delighted to share our home with guests who value comfort, quiet luxury, and a truly restorative island experience.

We chose Kauai for its unmatched natural beauty, ocean energy, and relaxed pace of life. While the island is stunning throughout, our hearts were set on the North Shore for its unique climate and the incredible variety of experiences it offers—from hiking and kayaking to snorkeling, surfing, and scenic coastal walks.
Nihilani in Princeville was an easy choice. As one of the newer communities on the North Shore, it offers modern design, open layouts, and a true townhome feel that lives more like a private residence than a resort unit. The attached two-car garage and spacious floor plan were essential to us, especially for longer, restorative stays.
The resort amenities are exceptional. The pool, spa, and BBQ areas are beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. Because Nihilani is a boutique-sized community, it remains remarkably quiet and peaceful throughout.
Princeville itself is ideal for an active yet relaxed lifestyle. The walking and bike paths are extensive, beautifully landscaped, and perfect for daily strolls. From our home, you’re a short walk to local dining, world-class golf, Queen’s Bath, and Hideaways Beach. We also enjoy being close to the Westin and 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay—both wonderful spots for sunset cocktails.
Our townhome is ideally positioned within the community: just a minute’s walk to the pool and spa, yet far enough to preserve a sense of tranquility. Thanks to its unique location, the primary suite lanai enjoys glimpses of the Pacific horizon, while the second bedroom lanai offers serene mountain views—the thoughtful details that made this home feel truly special to us.

As our personal second home, every element has been curated with intentional simplicity and livability in mind—balancing quiet refinement with family-friendly comfort. The bi-level layout provides natural separation between social and private spaces, while subtle, thoughtful details ensure the home feels welcoming for couples, families, and multigenerational stays alike.
Located on the most tranquil side of the community, away from road noise and foot traffic, the home offers a rare sense of calm. At the same time, it remains just a short, easy walk from Nihilani’s beautifully maintained pool, spa, and BBQ areas. From the private lanais, guests enjoy soft horizon glimpses of the Pacific and serene views of the surrounding mountains, framed by lush tropical landscaping.
We are attentive, discreet hosts who take great pride in preserving the home’s condition and atmosphere. We are pleased to welcome guests who appreciate privacy, comfort, and a quietly luxurious North Shore experience—and who treat our home with the same care and respect with which it is offered.
