★☆ ABOUT THIS SPACE ☆★
The Shore Experience offers a convenient location just two blocks away from Long Branch/Seven Presidents Beach. Beach badges and chairs are provided during summer season. Just a few minutes away from the Long Branch train station, providing easy access to the vibrant Pier Village, known for its fantastic restaurants, bars, musical entertainment, and festivals.
Asbury Park and Red Bank are approximately a 15-minute drive away, adding to the array of nearby attractions to explore.
This space is the 1st unit of a 2 family home. It has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay, with lots of sunlight! You will find an immaculately clean house with all the comforts of home!
The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, cups, and other gadgets to assist you with easy meal preparations. Feel at home watching it our Smart TV with cable. Stay connected with free high-speed internet/WiFi. Sleep well in our comfortable beds and the couch in the sunroom also extends into a bed. There is a large full bathroom, with towels, washcloths, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a lovely sunroom, which has a handbook and games.
The yard is nicely groomed. Enjoy a nice meal outside on the grill provided along with table and chairs. You will also have access to the driveway which has space for 2 vehicles maximum.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Check-in is flexible, but please be mindful quiet time begins at 11pm. Feel free to park anywhere on street if you have more than the 2 cars (maximum allowed in the driveway).
4 beach passes for Long Branch Beach and 4 beach passes for Seven Presidents Beach are available during your stay during summer.
NOTE: “ The other unit is occupied by my grandfather. He is also part owner of the home. He’s very kind and you will not see him during your stay. He does not have access to your unit. Every now and then you might see him taking out the trash but that’s about it!
Please note that charcoal is not included for the grill.
Cleaner will provide start up package of supplies. If supplies ran out, guests are responsible to purchase additional.

Clean, cute little space. Very short 5 min walk to the beach! Not a far walk to some restaurants. For the most part a quiet neighborhood. Has updated kitchen appliances, bathroom looks to be fairly recently remodeled. Was nice to hang out.

Clean, Easy, and close to the beach. This home was perfect for our long weekend stay at the coast. The amenities were ideal and comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great stay close to the beach
We had a great stay in Long Branch. The house had everything we needed and was a 5 minute walk to a great beach! Kisha was very responsive and answered any questions we had right away!
I would highly recommend this property!

If you want an extremely convenient place to stay near a wonderful pretty beach (7 Presidents), look no further. The home is 3 blocks from the beach, there are beach passes, chairs, an umbrella and towels. There is parking and the home is on a quiet street. There is a nice television, games, WiFi and outdoor seating area. The washer and dryer worked well and there was a clothes drying rack. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but is well stocked. The host is very communicative and friendly.

Perfect location
This was a perfect home for our weekend getaway. Close to beaches and monmouth park. Communication with owners was awsome. They went out of there way to make our stay more enjoyable. Will definitely be returning

Long Branch Getaway
Our last minute beach getaway was made even more perfect with this great house! Perfect size, location and the parking was an added bonus so close to the beach. Badges and chairs included WOW! Clean, tidy and nicely decorated too!

It was a great little place. It's a shame we came in winter time. Within walking distance of the shore. It was clean, quiet and exactly as described. We came to see the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Plaza. This location was very close to the train station as well.

The house was fantastic for the beach experience. Being such a short walk to the beach, we took advantage of it every morning and evening. The house itself was very clean and was a comfortable place to rest before heading back to the shore or pier village. Almost everything was within walking distance which is exactly what we wanted on this trip.The host was extremely kind and communication was easy. Any time I had a question they responded almost immediately and made me feel very welcome. There were no details overlooked, and everything was as advertised.The family all took a vote at the end and we all agreed we will stay here again during our next Shore getaway!

Great stay, definitely be back!
It was a fantastic house and a great mini vacation spot for my son and my mother. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the house was. It was a very quiet neighborhood right around the corner from the beach. Kisha, the host, made everything simple from beginning to end and was checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and seeing if we needed anything. It was a great stay, and we will definitely be back!

Exceeded our expectations
We stayed at this property while attending a dance competition at a nearby beach resort. The house and property were immaculately clean and clearly well cared for. It had every amenity we could have needed and more, from comfortable beds and plenty of towels to beach chairs and thoughtful extras that made our stay especially easy and enjoyable.The location was perfect, just a short, easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and everything else we needed during our trip. It was the ideal balance of convenience and quiet, tucked away enough to feel peaceful but close enough to be right in the action when we wanted to be.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and check-in and check-out were seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed beach getaway.

Just Perfect
The home is absolutely immaculate and appears to be recently remodeled. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything that we needed. Arrival and departure were flexible and easy. The owner is accommodating, quick to respond and so pleasant. We will be coming back! Thank you for being so gracious and sharing your lovely home with us.

I was in town to catch a few Monmouth University Baseball games and needed a place close to campus that had good internet connectivity and was quiet so I could work during the day. Kisha was a great host and accomodated anything I asked for. The place was clean and quiet and was just what I needed. We had a lovely time at Kisha’s beachside cottage. The location was very convenient- just three blocks from the beach. We loaded up our wagon and walked there every day with our small children! The property was neatly manicured & the home was immaculate. The driveway was spacious as was the nice side yard. The home was well stocked - most importantly with beach passes & chairs. Kisha was incredibly kind and responsive- replying quickly. For two nights the home was perfectly adequate for what we needed. The older home was remodeled nicely but came with smaller rooms -as were the times. It did make it a little tight for our family and the beds were a little small for two adults. We did not really need the kitchen but it was immaculate & well stocked. The washer and dryer were very convenient comforts as well. The shower is perfectly adequate with great pressure and temperature. The WiFi was strong and the smart tv more than efficient. I would recommend staying!

Cozy space with a few caveats
Property was very clean. Host has thought of many little details such as beach passes, beach chairs, internet TV, etc. Host is also very responsive. Neighborhood is nothing special although it is across the street from Seven Presidents beach and about a mile from Long Branch Pier Village.
Our only real negative is that as of our visit in May 2023 both beds are full size which makes having two people in one bed a bit snug if you are used to a queen or king size. Also note that one of the beds is abnormally high (tall base + tall box spring + tall mattress = a bed that sits up too high.)
Bathroom is a good size, especially for a remodeled older property like this. Kitchen is workable as well with a washer dryer combo next to the refrigerator.
Off street parking in a spacious driveway is a nice plus.
For the right group or small family with the right expectations this property can be a good value.
