Belmar Beach Cottage Fully Renovated

Fully renovated 2 Bedroom Belmar Beach Back Cottage. Open concept kitchen & living room with smart TV, seating to eat at the kitchen peninsula. Master bedroom has queen bed w/smart tv, guestroom has a full bed and the separate office with pocket door has a daybed (single). The bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench. Off of the bathroom is the utility room with a washer and dryer. Central air in the cottage. Located on 10th ave close to the beach as well as main street. Big outside patio area with seating. This is a back cottage. The front house is owner occupied. You cannot use the driveway as this is street parking only.

WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG GROUPS!! Prefer age minimum of at least 30 years old (we require proof of age). In season 2 beach passes provided and beach chairs. You bring your own linens.

Amazing week at Belmar

We spent an amazing week at the cottage. although the weather didn’t cooperate for the first few days of our trip, once it cleared up we enjoyed being within walking distance of belmar beach and a short drive away from Asbury Park, one of our favorite places. Kelli and Jim are amazing hosts; they are extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. We look forward to staying there again soon!

Great Location in Belmar

We were staying close for a family birthday party. It was walking distance to downtown Belmar. Kelli & Jim the hosts were very nice and helpful. It was perfect for our long weekend and very comfortable.

Perfect shore weekend getaway!

We had the best stay at Kelli's property! Fit 5 adults comfortably and loved the outdoor space, updated kitchen and bath, and excellent location. Street parking was never a problem and we had 3 cars amongst our group. Everything we needed (beach, restaurants, coffee) was an easy walk away and Kelli was so communicative and helpful throughout. Would absolutely return and recommend to anyone looking for an easy escape to the beach!

Phenomenal "Little" Cottage, great owner

We were blown away by how perfect this place was. It was considerably more spacious than we thought it was going to be, and the daybed in the "office" made this a perfect 3rd bedroom for our five-year-old. It is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was kitted out better than our own. It was an easy walk to the beach, an even easier walk to the restaurants in town (2 blocks), and it was incredibly quiet. (Being in the back of a larger house was wonderful,) The host (Kelli) was great with communication, too. Local favorites: Fedirici's and F Street Social for pizza.

Great place to stay

Great property in a perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Very comfortable inside the cottage, with plenty of space. Beautiful backyard to hang out with plenty of shade. On street parking was always easy to find.

Quiet Getaway

We loved our stay in the quiet backyard cottage. The kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable, & the bathroom freshly renovated. Kelli knew it was my birthday and left a nice bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Street parking was never an issue and there were restaurants, beach and coffee within walking distance. We will definitely return again.

Amazing shore getaway

We just returned from 5 fabulous days at this bungalow in belmar. It was perfect for my family, very clean, very comfortable, beautifully renovated, the kitchen has everything you would need. The host was extremely responsive and kind, we definitely want to stay again! We have been using Vrbo and renting properties for a long time and this is one of our favorites by far.
