Welcome to Fawn! Perched between a secluded street and state forest land, this mountain chalet is the perfect location for your Lake Tahoe retreat. Rustic features, including exposed ceiling beams and charming, wooden accents, compliment the home’s bright decor and airy ambiance. The large living area allows for greater flexibility for larger parties. So grab your friends, grab a cocktail, head out to the wraparound deck at sunset, stay cozy around the brick fireplace. And of course, make sure to take in the incredible views from the nature trail found at the back of this home!

- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.
- Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.
- This house uses an electric bear fence across doors and windows to deter bears that can be easily deactivated upon your arrival. You will need to activate the electric bear fence every time you leave the home, and during the evening when you sleep.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note that quiet hours begin at 9 pm.

- Driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
- No garage access.
- No street parking allowed.
- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
