¡Escápese a la hermosa costa oeste del lago Tahoe! Ubicación serena, impresionante y tranquila: este condominio ofrece la escapada perfecta para sus próximas vacaciones. Disfrute de la playa privada y el muelle a pocos pasos de la puerta principal. Justo afuera también hay una piscina cristalina y climatizada (día conmemorativo abierto hasta el día del trabajo). Solo un corto viaje en automóvil lo lleva a restaurantes locales, cafeterías, esquí y tiendas. La estación de esquí de Homewood está a solo 5 minutos y el valle de squaw está más allá de la ciudad de Tahoe en la carretera 89.

This lovely condo is in a quiet community with a pool, close to everything on the West shore. It has a view of the lake and upon arriving the place was spotless! Well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. It was perfect for our family.

Great stay

Me and my family enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was as described. Property was clean. We loved staying at this location as it is very close to Homewood and the view of the lake by the beach was incredible!

Peaceful Spot by the Lake

The condo was conveniently located, clean and had everything we needed to have a great visit to Tahoe. We loved being able to walk to the lake or take a swim in the pool. Proximity to market, outdoors and Tahoe City was all easy and convenient. We'll be back!

Family vacation

Great property with tremendous lake views and lake access Plenty to do in the area with hiking and biking trails everywhere. Historic mansion tours and a boat tour and gondola ride up heavenly mountain. So fun and a perfect spot for our family vacation. Nearby restaurant called dog & bear was a great find. Highly recommend this house.

West shore Best shore

Waters edge is a beautiful property. View of the lake, just a minute or two walk to the beach and pier. Quiet and relaxing. Lots of hiking other beaches and good restaurants close by.

Wonderful Retreat

Condo project is located on the lake and the grounds have beautiful trees and landscaping. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. A perfect setting for a two week summer vacation in Lake Tahoe. This is our third consecutive year at this project

Best Friends week

This condo was very well equipped and so comfortable. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Even though the smoke was bad and some of our activities were canceled, we still had the best time. Thank you so much for making this week a memorable one. Will stay with you again.

Excellent location, beautiful, relaxing grounds.We had a major problem on checkin but the property manager did work with us to get it resolved. Not a good start.Condo is older, only partially updated. Large, spacious feeling living room and bedrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked with newer glassware, plates, etc.The room lighting at night is a real challenge. This could be greatly improved with the addition of led torchieres placed in each corner of the living room and in at least the master bedroom. I have these and know they make a huge difference. Finally, changing the low-seating toilets to current ADA height would be a welcome improvement.

Summer Respite

Water’s Edge is a magical place. We have lived it for over 40 years. The condos, some with upgrades and some with needs, are all great. The beach, the dock, the trees … magic. Great dining, gelato, coffee and the local market are within walking distance. Bike trail is right there.

Tahoma with a view

Overall, the condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of coffee making options and utensils. The bedrooms are spacious and closet space is more than adequate. The lighting is a bit dim but that wasn’t much of a problem in such a sunny place. Although it was June when we stayed, it was unseasonably cold. Nonetheless we spent time at the association beach and pier where the view is stunning.

Lake View - Hidden Gem

The condo has large rooms & living room. We cooked & found all necessary items. The property is child friendly as everything is accessible from the counters, light switches & bathroom. The view of the lake was pretty. This is a hidden spot in a quiet area of Tahoe. I recommend guests arrive during daylight hours because there isn’t much lighting. Another property sits parallel to this condo at the rear which confused me at night. We had a great time and the drive to Tahoe City & ski resorts was an easy drive.

Perfect hideaway getaway

We loved our stay at Water’s Edge. We spent every evening at the private beach watching the sunset while the kiddos fished for crawdads. Magical is the word that comes to mind. We will come back.

Perfect spot for a family getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here. A few of the things that we enjoyed the most: 1. The overall functionality and spaciousness of the condo was perfect for the 5 of us 2. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking with every utensil you would possibly need 3. The property has its own lake area, the kids played there all day 4. The pool was a great touch and something rare to find this close to the lake I’d definitely recommend coming here for a getaway because everything you need is right here. It’s also less than a 10 minute walk to the Tahoma Market and Deli which also has everything you’d need. The convenience of this location is great! We will be back!

Great stay on the west shore

Perfect size for our group of four. Enjoyed direct access to the water. Next to the trails of Sugar Pine SP. Comfortable quiet condo. Had everything we needed. Would like to stay here again.

Good times, but watch out for bears!

Had a great, cozy stay by the lake! The views and chill atmosphere of the condo complex were really great. Watch out for bears though! We saw at least three bears trotting around the complex at different points, especially at night. I’m really glad that the unit was equipped with airhorns to deter bears.
