The house sleeps comfortably 10. It is on a valley floor in Oakville. The house has an amazing location (it is 10 min walk from Silver Oaks winery and 20 min. walk from the Oakville Grocery store; 10 min. drive to Yountville and 15 min. drive to St Helena). The house has a very mature outdoor space with a lap size heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, swing for the kids, 2 acres of landscaping for playing sports and a vegetable garden.

Details: The main house has 4 BR (1 King, 1 Queen & rooms with twin beds) and 3 baths. The guest house is 1 BR (King) &1 bath plus sleeper sofa in the living room.

Perfect location and tons of space

Beautiful house and setting!!! Close to wineries and restaurants and cute St Helena town. House well stocked with necessities and it was a great trip overall!

incredible stay in napa

We had an amazing stay in Napa. Our hosts were warm and helpful and so accommodating with our group of friends and kids (and dog!). The location was perfect and the house had every amenity you could think of. Mark provided suggestions for restaurants and local vineyards. We can't say enough wonderful things about our trip!

Perfect location!

This house was just in the perfect location in Oakville, very close to Oakville grocery and amongst vineyards. We had such a wonderful time together. The layout of the house is what it is. Some of the locations of bathrooms weren’t perfect as they were not en suite, but we really had a wonderful time.

Family getaway

Such an amazing property, great for our family. Location couldn’t be better in the heart of Oakville. Lots to do at the house and in the surrounding area. Mark couldn’t have been a better host. Loved it!

Lovely property in the heart of wine country

Lovely property in the heart of wine country. Gorgeous, quiet, private, luxurious. Surrounded by some of the world's finest vineyards and walking distance to several tasting rooms and the Oakville grocery. Easy access to all Napa Valley has to offer. A great place to relax and spend time with family.

Slice of heaven

Spectacular home with the most hospitable hosts. My wife and I cannot recommend everything about this property enough. It is in a perfect location that offers supreme privacy, all within striking distance of everything in the valley. We can't wait to return!

Five of us spent 5 days in this lovely and tranquil home. Mark. Brigitta (owners) & Hugo (caretaker) were most helpful in every way. I can't imagine anyone not loving this property.

Stunning grounds and amazing location

This beautiful property is in a really secluded spot right between the towns of St. Helena and Yountville. The outdoor space is a wonderland for children with a pool, tennis court, trampoline and swing. The views never got old and the sunsets were something we enjoyed together every night and will never forget it. The house was stocked with all the things you would need for a comfortable stay which made it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were very kind and generous with their home. It was the perfect spot for a family vacation. Keep in mind that this is a working vineyard so there were tractors and field workers during our stay. But we found this wonderful as part of the napa spirit. Highly recommend this gem.

Napa birthday weekend

The property is located in an amazing location, with in walking distance to some of the best vineyards in Oakville. We had a wonderful time in Napa as we were celebrating a birthday and we were a group of 8 people. The property is very large with a lot of room and activities to enjoy. There is a nice master with large bathroom and the three guest rooms upstairs share one bathroom on the same level. two of the bedrooms have twin beds that are more for children than adults. Great for a family. The house is a bit dated so we did have some trouble getting the outdoor lighting working and the hot tub we were unable to use, due to the heater not working. All in all we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the pool, tennis court and property overall.

We have owned the house for 8+ years. We had lots of family memories there. We love the quiet ambiance it offers while being 10 minutes away from wineries and restaurants. It is surrounded by grapes and it offers a beautiful vista to enjoy the sunsets.

Be as active as you wish or relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Go for a bike ride, swim in the lap pool, play tennis, go for a hike or bbq on the outdoor grill and enjoy the vista.
