Very cute, charming home! It's very quiet and secluded and communication was great - they checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything, which was very nice! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Hosts!

The hosts were absolutely wonderful! And we enjoyed walking the property to see the horses on a cold, sunny November day, and then coming back to the coach house to be cozy. The bed was very comfortable- and that’s important! The kitchen is very well equipped with generous options for coffee and tea. A full size fridge was also a plus because we brought several meals.We highly recommend this place!

Nice cozy little house on a beauticul horse ranch

The house is nestled right in the middle of several beautiful horse ranches! It is a lovely little 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom that is comfortable for 4 to 6 people. It has wifi and good cellphone service for those that need. It has a kitchen complete with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher for those that want to cook. There is a nice full size washer and dryer. Check in was very easy and convenient. It was was clean and tidy. The property manager was very friendly and easy to contact if needed. Overall it was a great stay for the price point and I would reccomend it to anyone looking to stay in or around Aubrey. 5 stars from this guest!

My Brother’s Wedding at The Springs

Thanks for the lovely accommodations . The peace and quiet were a perfect complement to my Brother’s Wedding events. We were able to utilize our stay for a good night rest post July 3rd Wedding. While staying in the house, my Father noticed a hole that was in shape of a door knob (that was painted over with grey paint) behind the hallway entrance door. We were preoccupied with the Wedding and forgot to report it immediately. I’ll be happy to share a photo. Thanks again!

Great place good location

We had a wedding to attend nearby. This place offered just a one night stay which is all we need it. We loved being out on the horse ranch. The property was so cute with all the great decorations. Had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable.

Relaxing Stay

Enjoyed coffee on the front porch while admiring the horses. Beds were comfortable, owners and managers were great and easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wedding

We were in town for a wedding and this was very close to the wedding venue. Made it very convenient. It was great waking up and seeing the horses on the ranch. Very peaceful and quiet.

Pretty Property & Cute House

Stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids as it was close to the venue and accommodated all 5 of us comfortably. We didn't spend much time here, but it was fun - we turned on the movie bridesmaids and watched that until it was time to go to bed and I gave them their bridesmaids gifts. My parents then stayed there the night of the wedding so they wouldn't have a long way to drive. Would recommend staying at this property.

Had no issues connecting with the host, who helped us sort through some confusion with the keys. Other than that, it was all smooth sailing. The location worked really well for us since we had an event nearby.

The price was right

Overall, the stay was ok. A few things to know..The entrance is not through the big white gates in the front. Go to the next drive down to get in. Even then, they close gates at 10pm. Be prepared to get out, open gate, drive in, get out, close gate and so on. The house..No TV's in bedrooms. House is cooled by window units. Guessing the HVAC went out and it was cheaper to add window units than replace the HVAC. This home is in need of a remodel. Mattresses need to be replaced. A lot of the decorative items should be removed. The bedspring / lights art piece in the living room should go away. Cobwebs in lamp shades need to be removed. We are florist and happened to have clippers in the car, so we trimmed the over grown weeds that were growing into the carport, making it easier to get out of the car. Saw some mice on the patio. We didn't mention it to our spouses as this would have caused sleepless nights. Hey, it is a farm, so that sort of thing happens. The couch stinks and should be replaced. All this sounds critical, but we did our best to just look past it, we weren't there much during the 2 days we rented but had we booked a week, things would have been different. The price, split between 2 couples, was affordable, the horses were nice to pet.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My grandkids and I LOVE this home! Property managers are very friendly, responsive and wish to ensure the stay at their property is pleasant. Its just a cool, peaceful environment at the ranch. Plenty of supplies, games for kids, very clean. We look forward to our next stay!

This was a mommy adult daughters getaway..we absolutely loved it. Sandi and her husband Wayne were so wonderful..highly recommend. We were only 12 miles from home..was so worth it❣️

Wonderful place

Everything was perfect! I really appreciate the way the owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Beautiful decorated and peaceful. We will be back!

LOVED our stay

We enjoyed our stay at The Coach House! We were in town for a wedding, and the venue was right down the road. The hosts were so nice, and greeted us upon arrival. The space was clean and beautifully decorated. We will return if we are back in the area!!

Beautiful place

Great cottage! Loved the size, art work was beautiful, horses just outside. Sandra and her husband were very friendly. Only 5 minutes away from the wedding venue we were going to. Quiet cottage and would love to stay again.

We came to Aubrey for a wedding, and this was the perfect little spot to stay. We had everything we needed, plenty of linens, comfortable bedding, and a lovely host!

Fantastic House

It could not have worked out better for us. The house was clean, comfortable and the view of the horses in the morning was beautiful. Everything during our stay reminded us of our life in Texas, from the simple beauty to the Southern hospitality of the owners. Even the ranch neighbors and workers were so nice and helpful. Hopefully we can come back again soon. Thank you for the wonderful memories with our family!
