It's a hard to find 150 square meter home in the middle of the city which includes

> TV area with Netflix, youtube and other apps (AmazonTV)
> Fast internet speeds (100Mbps down and up)
> A coffee shop at the ground floor were you can work or read.
> Gym
> Game area with Ping–Pong, Foosball table, pool table.
