THE JACK: A Beautiful Treehouse Suite overlooking the Texas Hill Country
Clustered around Live Oaks, our 4 beautiful Treehouse suites are an experience. The JACK suite is up one set of steps, mid-level of our oak tree, and includes a cushy Queen bed plus a Daybed that can be used as a Sofa or as a Twin bed; it also offers a Twin trundle, so easy to sleep another adult or a small family here. There's seating by the big windows overlooking this scenic piece of hill country, and don't miss the common Top Deck, with comfy outdoor seating, bistro lights and 360 views. AND this suite offers all the comforts of home, with an ensuite bathroom (with shower), a vanity outside the bath (so it's easy to share), as well as a fully-stocked Coffee Bar, as well as a mini-fridge. And of course, fresh linens, towels, hairdryer, iron & board.
Like all of our rentals, these cottages are non-smoking suites, but we are pet-friendly with associated Pet Cleaning Fee -- inquire!

I'm a Texas girl! And although my hubby, Matt (of more than a couple of decades) is from California, it didn't take him long to find his heart here. And we fell in love with this beautiful spot in the country! We've always enjoyed all kinds of "hosting", and we love sharing this with others. This place is a labor of love, and our guests can feel that.

We chose this property for so many reasons: the beautiful oak trees, wet-weather ponds, gorgeous hill-country views and wildlife -- a world away, but only 10 minutes into town.

Dripping Springs is so charming, with an adorable "historic district", great shopping, and fun, family-friendly options like Dreamland nearby. Natural attractions like Pedernales Falls State Park and Reimer's Ranch are minutes away, and lots of cool distilleries and wineries in our area -- a fun afternoon for all, as many have playscapes, too!)
Johnson City, Driftwood (Salt Lick BBQ) and artsy Wimberley are just down the way, as well busy, groovy Austin!
You'll enjoy the easy drive to anything you'd like to see in this piece of the hill country.
