MACK: a Gorgeous Treehouse Studio for 4, overlooking the Texas Hill Country

Clustered around Live Oaks, our 4 beautiful Treehouse suites are an experience.
The MACK suite is our largest Treehouse Suite, and it's at the TOP. The MACK comfortably sleeps 4, with 2 cushy Queen beds. There's also a seating area with big windows overlooking a big piece of scenic hill country. And it offers all the comforts of home, with an ensuite bathroom (with shower), a vanity outside the bath (so it's easy to share), as well as a fully-stocked Coffee Bar, mini-fridge and microwave. Fresh linens, towels, hairdryer, iron & board are also provided.
And the your suite is just off the lovely common Top Deck, with comfy outdoor seating, bistro lights and 360 views.
Like all of our rentals, these cottages are non-smoking suites, but we are pet-friendly with associated Pet Cleaning Fee -- inquire!

Girls weekend

Such a great stay! We had so much fun at the treehouse. The location was quiet and secluded but still easy to get to all the fun things in the area. Hosts filled the room with plenty of amenities like towels and coffee. A nice bonus was the amenities room with ice and other needed items.

Treehouse Bucket List

My kids have been telling me how much they wanted to stay in a “treehouse.” We came across the “Mack” while looking at the “Jack.” The entire location was amazing and an awesome escape after sightseeing Austin. The room was amazing and the boys were so pumped when we pulled up to the tree house complex! We will look for it again when we come back and look in staying in one of the cottages!

Absolutely breathtaking

Although we stayed busy during the day, we would come back at night and wake up to deer playing in pasture, the cows walking and grazing and we had one cardinal that would tap on the window every morning to stay “hello”. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the scenery. Plus that tree house porch was heavenly! Will be staying again!

I'm a Texas girl! And although my hubby, Matt (of more than a couple of decades) is from California, it didn't take him long to find his heart here. And we fell in love with this beautiful spot in the country! We've always enjoyed all kinds of "hosting", and we love sharing this with others. This place is a labor of love, and our guests can feel that.

We chose this property for so many reasons: the beautiful oak trees, wet-weather ponds, gorgeous hill-country views and wildlife -- a world away, but only 10 minutes into town.
- This location truly can't be beat -
Dripping Springs is so charming, with an adorable "historic district", great shopping, and fun, family-friendly options like Dreamland nearby. Natural attractions like Pedernales Falls State Park and Reimer's Ranch are minutes away, and lots of cool distilleries and wineries in our area -- a fun afternoon for all, as many have playscapes, too!)
Johnson City, Driftwood (Salt Lick BBQ) and artsy Wimberley are just down the way, as well busy, groovy Austin! We are minutes away from multiple wedding venues including Camp Lucy, Vista West, Ma Maison, and more. Easy access from 290 means we're in the country, but you can get "downtown" quickly, with dining, entertainment, shopping, and more. You'll enjoy the easy drive to anything you'd like to see in this piece of the hill country.

This property offers beautiful views and lovely scenery, peace, scenery and such an easy location. There's something about that morning coffee on the porch with an amazing sunrise or an afternoon on the swing under a big oak that offers that a hotel cannot.
Wanna play some lawn games? Visit our Amenities Room and borrow Cornhole or one of our other options, or pick up a book and relax. We want you to enjoy your time in this hill country heaven.
AS for our accommodations, there’s nothing ordinary here. Every cottage or lodging option is unique and has a fully-stocked Coffee Bar, lovely linens, hand-picked décor, attention to the details that will make you just plain happy. And with so many options, we have something for everyone -- You'll see!
