T3 duplex apartment by the lake, on the first floor with private garden. The bright living room has a dining area, a sofa and a flat screen TV. Modern fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, electric hob...). The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a vanity unit and a heated towel rail. Outdoor wooden terrace with dining area and garden. The sleeping area includes 1 bedroom with double bed and a 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed in height. Ski locker and large private storeroom, secure (bike, stroller, etc.). Numbered parking space in front of the apartment.
Bed and bath towels are not provided, but you will have at your disposal 2 dish towels, a bath mat, basic cooking equipment, and something to prepare hot drinks on arrival.
At the foot of the apartment, the footpath will lead you directly to the village where you will find all the necessary amenities and shops, while running along the shores of the lake. Ideal for family stays, many activities will be available for young and old. The Balnéa thalasso is 3 minutes away by car or accessible by walk or bike.
For skiing, the resort of Peyragudes is accessible by the gondola a few minutes from the residence (by free shuttle if necessary). For Val Louron, access by car will be in 20 minutes.
