Pull out sofa . you can walk to down town las olas to many great restaurants and bars, beach is justover a mile . there are kayaks for you use . Guests are also able to use a shared deck on the water. This apt has its own front with a self check in . The kitchen has all that you will need for your and enjoyment .lg fridge , microwave , coffee maker. Full bathroom with shower. there are beach towels and chairs for use.

This is our second time staying at this property at this time of year. It is a simple property in a great location for us and the host was very communicative and helpful. We will reach out to stay a 3rd year next April =)

Place was great/host was great

We had a great experience staying at this place. It was clean, location was perfect, quiet, and worked perfect for my husband, myself and my sister slept on the couch/bed. We were confused about where to go and the host picked up when er called and graciously explained our confusion. We will try and stay here again next year.

Convenient location

Beautiful property, very tastefully furnished and decorated , lacking nothing. . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially sitting on the dock. Would definitely stay here again.
