Nosotros no reparó en gastos cuando rehacer esta propiedad. Los suelos son de mano raspada de madera, cocina es de madera contrachapada construida KraftMaid con encimeras de granito. Hasta hemos incluido las sábanas! Por encima de todo, la ubicación es increíble, si usted está mirando para venir y disfrutar de playa y vida nocturna de Dewey.

Esta propiedad se encuentra tamién a casa desde el estribor con una distancia lo suficientemente lejos para poder dormir sin ningún problema. La playa está a 1 cuadra de distancia y esta propiedad cuenta con 2 plazas de aparcamiento fuera de la calle. Hay una zona de tipo patio con parrilla de gas Weber y agradables muebles de jardín para asar y una ducha al aire libre para su uso durante su estancia.

Great location and cozy accommodations

Very clean and comfortable apartment with quick access to the beach and main commercial area in Dewey. Great communication from host. We have a great time.

Great Weekend Stay!

Host was very accommodating to all our requests and the location was perfect walk to the Starboard and other local spots! We did have 9 people so the 1 bathroom is just something you’ll have to be okay with but very nice shared outdoor common area to be used ! Overall great for what we needed

Amazing little cottage

Super clean and put together. Fit all my friends and me perfectly! Host was quick to answer when I had any questions. Amazing location to many bars, restaurants and the beach!

Great place to stay

This house was a great place for me and my friends to stay. It was close to everything including the beach which made getting places easy. The owner Maria was right next door and was very nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend this place if going down to Dewey Beach.

Very cute little condo. Upstairs and in the back. Parking was clearly explained. Loved the location and walkability factor. Please know that many of the outdoor features are shared with multiple other units, including the outdoor shower (actually attached to a different rental unit). Depending on the group size, it will be cozy--plenty of sleeping room, but not a lot of private hang-out space in the unit. Sheets provided, but bath towels were not. No issue because we had so many extra beach towels.

Dewey Volleyball Beach Trip

The house was clean and organized. In walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, with Starboard around the corner. Upstairs loft area has some steep stairs but other than that it was a very nice and inviting location including having an enclosed back porch to sit out and relax.

Great little cottage for our family vacation

I loved staying in this house! There was plenty of space in the house for everyone. Our kids had their own space to chill upstairs while we were able to hangout downstairs. The seasonal room was a great place to sit in the morning to drink our coffee and to just hangout at night. May I say the counter was great because it was able to hold all of our many bags from our trip. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Perfect for us!

The property was exactly what we hoped for. We are a family of four with two toddlers and the space was perfect for us. When we parked the car at the beginning of our stay, we never got back in it until days later when it was time to leave. Very close to Starboard and short walk to the beach. We will definitely be renting again!

3 night was ok

Great location to beach and bars. Smaller than expected. Stairs were not great and one bathroom for 5 people was rough. Very small. Great communication with the owner. Kitchen was fabulous. If you actually put 10 people in there it would be horrid. We liked the little side porch.

Glad we didn’t rent this for a week!

This property was satisfactory for a few days. For us this was 3 nights and two full days from Thursday to Sunday. Clean property. Five of us and one small bathroom with a really small toilet was a challenge. What’s deceiving in the write up is that this property is two units behind another two units who are at street level. So you have to walk back the yard to get to this unit. Parking is really hairy trying to jam everyone in there. People in front units set up a corn hole game and left it in the yard the whole time. They got loud the second night after drinking most of the day and two guys were outside yelling at each other at 1:30 am. It’s close quarters here so beware of that. Again, an apartment like set up that works with a small group. It was clean and served our quick getaway purpose. It says you can sleep 10 but would never want to do that in that unit. Just glad we didn’t rent this for a week.

Great location, perfect for weekend away with friends

Came here for a girl's weekend, it was just what we needed! Plenty of beds for sleeping, and seating area in the kitchen, nice little balcony too. Should be prepared to share 1 bathroom before booking, and parking situation was a little confusing. Also the backyard is a shared space between other units, so it's not completely private. Overall would stay again for the great location right in the middle of the action at Dewey beach!

Dewey beach rental

We had a great stay at this Dewey beach rental. It is located only 1 block away from the beach, which was the best feature! The house is clean and its features were accurately as listed, including 2 parking spots and washer and dryer. The host was very communicative and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I got everything we needed out of this property, it was located right int he heart of dewey and made it so easy to get around town all weekend.

Disappointed

The rental was on the second floor, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. My father in law has issues with stairs and I was disappointed to find a second floor unit. The listing shows what would appear to be a large yard and outside sitting area. In reality it is very small and shared with 3 other units. The couch cushions were soiled to the point I wasn’t comfortable sitting on them. The propane tank was empty when we attempted grilling outside. I went and got an exchange, and when I told the property manager she blatantly refused to reimburse me $30 even though I provided a receipt. Renter beware.
