Really beautiful house on the lake. The house gets amazing morning sun and is nice and shady in the afternoon, so it doesn't get too hot. The house has such an amazing view and plenty of great seating areas for family gatherings and meals. Highly recommended. Would rent again.

The host was very kind and wonderful to work with! The house itself was comfortable and nicely updated, but perhaps the best part was the ceiling to floor Windows overlooking the water! The wooded areas on either side of the house provided wonderful seclusion and privacy. The host thought of everything, including marshmallow sticks for the fire pit, access to kayaks and a paddle board, and the most comfortable beds to sleep on. We spent most of the time out on the dock and our dog spent most of the time jumping off of the dock to go swimming. This is the ideal place for someone looking to get away, unplug, and relax! Thank you Griffin!

Lovely stay at the lake! We stayed with 6 friends and a puppy, and all had a wonderful time. The cabin is so nicely remodeled, with cute touches and an incredible hang out area by the dock and the lakeside firepit. We really appreciated access to the kayaks as well which we used everyday. We’d all come back in a heartbeat.

Hip and cozy lakehouse!

We had a great time! Host was wonderful and the place was super cute and cozy. We loved how private the house is (no neighbors), and the dock is new and a great place to hang out!

Cell coverage was almost nonexistent. WiFi was excellent. Great dock and access to lake. The lake view from house is amazing. Would definitely stay again if there was cell coverage. Host responsive with questions I had. Plenty of space.

Family Lake Getaway

My Family stayed here for some summer fun and R & R. We greatly enjoyed swimming, fishing, kayaking and the views at the Lookout. The home was modern and clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite place was the dock where we passed most of out day. Would happily return.

Great house and location. Beautiful view of the lake, house is secluded between two empty lots and offers lots of privacy. The kitchen is beautiful, and has an amazing gas stove! The king bed (where I slept) was super comfortable! Getting to the water is a trek, as is walking back up to the house, but that should be obvious from the pictures. There are hazard and caution signs around the property, and the inside stairs were tough to navigate for some in our group, so I wouldn’t say the house is great for little children unless they have arms to catch them 24/7. We had 6 adults, 2 kids (10, 13). We brought an air mattress because the beds in the basement are small, and it would be cramped to have people share the full-sized beds (13 yo is also taller than average). We had a grandma/mom/10yo share that space, but I wouldn’t put more than one adult per bed in the basement (unless they want to sleep thisclose to each other). Overall, the house was great. I would recommend for groups of able-bodied adults and kids 10 years and up.

Quiet, secluded and very scenic!

Our stay overall was quite good. Parking is a bit tricky if you have more than two cars, but that is just part of what you endure as expected at a rather secluded location. There’s a LOT of stairs involved to get to the water and lower levels, so be aware! Overall we enjoyed docking our boat and fishing from the large dock, which is soacious and accomodating for multiple people at a time. We love Summit Lake!

The property is stunning. The house is amazing with huge windows overlooking the lake. The updated and beautifully decorated house had everything we needed. There is very tranquil balcony space. We all enjoyed hanging at the dock, kayaking and swimming. We had a wonderful vacation. The host went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Beautiful Lake House

What can I say question mark it's a lake house! The hosts were nice enough to leave us a bottle of red wine when we arrived and even though the weather wasn't great and we didn't get to spend too much of time outside there were plenty of things to do indoors. The water pressure was not perfect which is normal for a lake house but the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and amenities and necessities in the kitchen.

Amazing view house

This property has an amazing view of the lake from all areas of the house! Would highly recommend this property. Only down fall is the driveway. It is a bit scary to come down with a van. (Just my opinion) Communication with host was great!! Comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Definitely want to rent again.

Very nice, the lake is beautiful. If you're older and have joint issues, the steps may be a bit much. But really nice regardless.
