Modern dining area and a new kitchen equipped with all new appliances, pots, pans, dishes, cups, wine glasses, utensils, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, small food processor, coffee grinder, microwave, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher, large fridge, pot to make hot water, toaster, cocktail shaker.

Walk out to your private lanai to enjoy the ocean and garden view, magnificent sunsets, and mesmerizing island sunrises. The lanai has plenty of room to store your boogie boards and sand toys, and we have 1 large and 1 small cooler, two sand chairs, and a beach umbrella for you to use. The patio has a bar-high table and chairs plus two regular high patio chairs and a small coffee table.

The Master bedroom has a Stearns and Foster king-size mattress that you will appreciate after a long day of traveling and exploring, a Tommy Bahama bedroom set, designer lamps, a 55" Smart TV, all-new window covers, a private patio, wall art featuring "Jerry Lopez Surfboards" picture by the famous Maui photographer.

The bathroom has two vanities, a large closet, and a walk-in shower. The bedroom, bathroom, and toilet have privacy locks. The closet in the bathroom has a safe for your valuables.

Kapalua is located on the West Side of Maui - it's about 1 hour from the Airport (sometimes longer in traffic), 30 min from Lahaina, and 20 min from Kaanapali. If you are not familiar with Maui, please review a map of Maui online or other travel reference sources to understand the location of the Kapalua area. Perception of time is different for everyone, for some travelers it is not a problem to drive to Kaanapali for a luau show for 20 min, while others consider it to be too far.

We do not recommend this unit for children under 5 years old.

Kapalua Bay Villas are ideal for an active family vacation (with kids ages 5 and older) filled with hiking, snorkeling, swimming, surfing, golf, tennis, and exploring the beautiful island of Maui, for couples (anniversaries, honeymoons, getaways from it all, spa, golf, tennis, dining), and for travelers who appreciate less crowded, peaceful, and quality destinations.

Please Note Kapalua Bay Villa guests and residents DO NOT have access to Montage recreational pools but nothing stops them from enjoying a mai tai at the Montage pool bar next door and a dinner at Cane & Canoe where you can walk without driving!

Please let us know IN ADVANCE if you need an early check-in OR a late check-out. We cannot accommodate same-day early check-in or late check-out requests. We will always let you know if the unit is ready sooner. If you have a late-night flight, please consider booking an additional night.

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm. Sometimes earlier check-in is available, please inquire in advance.

Kapalua Bay Villas guests do not have access to the recreational pools in Montage and Ritz Carlton. Montage Resort offers complimentary use of the spa amenities including the outside spa pool with a spa treatment over a certain value. Please inquire at Spa Montage directly.
