Unit just finished a remodel and is brand new as of June 2023. Come take a look at updated unit on Napili Bay.

If you are looking to stay RIGHT ON NAPILI BAY. Look no further. THIS IS IT! Make sure the name of the complex you pick has the words NAPILI in it. If it doesn't you are not on Napili Bay and you may have to drive miles to get there !! Then find a place to park! Parking is limited at Napili Bay unless you stay with us at the Napili Bay Resort. *****

THE LOCATION: Right on one of Maui's best beaches. Napili Bay beach is just outside your door. Located to take advantage of all Napili's restaurants, waters sports, beach and walking/running paths in both Kapalua and Napili. Quality restaurants are within walking distance (the Gazebo, Seahouse and Merriman's a short walk down the beach.) In Kapalua, 1/2 mile away, there is the Pineapple Grill, Sansei Restaurant and Sushi bar. You may snorkel with TURTLES in Napili Bay. Rent your snorkel equipment 1 block away at Snorkel Bob's. And rent your stand up paddle board and kayak next door at 808 Boards. We provide boogie boards and beach chairs for you.

Enjoy walking or running the coastal path starting just outside of Merriman's a block away and ending at DT Fleming Beach. You can also walk to, Kapalua Beach, Ironwood Beach and Fleming Beach. Walk the village trails of Kapalua with sweeping views of the ocean at Kapalua.

If you visit during late December to April 15 be sure to watch the whales right from Napili Bay. See a full whale breach or watch the spinner dolphins play. Be sure to bring your binoculars from home! Or take the Pacific Whale Foundation boat trip out of Lahaina Harbor to see the whales up close and learn of their habitat and migrations. The whales have been coming to Maui for thousands of years to give birth in the shallow offshore waters. Do not miss this opportunity if you are here in Napili Bay in the winter!!

For the more adventurous, take a short Uber trip to Kaanapali Beach (Whaler's Village) and sign up for surf lessons, personal watercraft - wave riders, or parasailing! Visit the historic whaling museum located at Whaler's village.

THE SPACE:

Enter into Napili Bay 116 through the modern galley kitchen. Through the kitchen there is a cozy sleeping area with king bed and love seat. Here the vibe is modern Hawaii. # 116 has a beautiful ocean view from the lanai and is UNDER A 30 SECOND STROLL to the Napili Bay. Lull yourself to sleep at night to gentle waves of Napili Bay. Enjoy breakfast and coffee on the lanai while enjoying the view of Napili Bay surf. THERE IS NO AC IN THIS UNIT.

Free Parking is onsite very close and convenient to the unit.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, full oven and pots, plates and flatware to use if you would like to cook any meals. Enjoy dinner with a bottle of wine on the lanai.

There are coin-operated washer/dryers on property. We have cable TV with HDTV. Of Course we have hi speed wi-fi. Of Course there is quartz throughout.

******Things to consider when booking your Napili Bay condo******

1. If you do not want to do dishes on your Hawaii vacation - make sure to find a unit with a dishwasher.

2. Make sure to note if you are booking a king or queen bed.

3. You may not want to rent an upstairs unit at the The Napili Bay Resort. The upstairs units are considerably warmer. Also lugging your beach gear, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and groceries upstairs is a bit of a pain.

4. Make sure that parking is free and convenient - we have that at The Napili Bay Resort (see the pictures).

5. You may want to check if the unit has a remodeled kitchen - Quartz is easier to keep clean.

6. Avoid the Napili Bay units with carpet! Book a unit with tile throughout. Having carpet in the unit is undesirable so close to the beach as it is difficult to keep out sand and keep clean.

There is no AC in this unit

Great unit. As advertised. Great communication from owner. No A/C was a concern when booking but ended up not being a problem at night. For some reason the door locks were a bit of a challenge to operate with the keys. Easy access to Napili Beach.

Quiet Beautiful Spot in Napili

The room is lovely and updated. It is stocked with everything you need for a great beach trip. The lanai has a great view of the beach from the side. The unit is quiet and peaceful. Beach access is super easy. We had a wonderful time!

Had a great stay here in Napili! Right on the beach. Amazing snorkeling. Great food nearby. Had a hiccup one night but owner was quick to respond and ensured it won’t happen again. We’d come back in a heartbeat! Thanks!

'A Little Piece of Paradise'

We just spent a 7 night stay in this property to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary.The property was everything if not more than we hoped for.The kitchen had all the home comforts and it was so great to have a full size fridge/freezer. This property definitely has been furnished and designed with great thought and love.There was always easy parking which is always a bonus.The view from the Patio was beautiful. The perfect view when your sitting outside eating your lunch or chilling with a coffee. We loved our morning walk to the Coffee store (Island Vibes) which was literally a 5 minute walk.The island is so beautiful and the location of this property is perfect. Your close to everything with the bonus of this property being in a quiet location and a 100 steps or so to the beach.We hope to be able to visit again soon.We would highly recommend this 'Little Piece of Paradise'.

How wonderful!

We just loved this location! We could hear the waves crashing at night; just a 2 minute easy walk through a gate to a beautiful beach with sunset included ! The condo was well stocked with anything you might need. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and updated.The cross ventilation at night was perfect. We hope to come back to Maui some day and will plan on staying at this exact location again!

Perfect

Everything about this condo was perfect. We loved the small community feel rather than a large hotel. It was only steps to the beach as well as the Gazebo restaurant and Kapalua Beach Trail. The condo was stocked with everything you might need from kitchen supplies to a cooler bag and icepacks that we used on day trips. We loved the grilling area and used it frequently. The lanai was the perfect spot to enjoy our breakfast and dinner with a wonderful ocean view! My husband was concerned that there was no airconditioning but once you opened the shutters and had the fans running it was perfectly comfortable. Also, with no airconditioning we were also able to hear the waves at night and the birds that woke us in the morning. Napili Bay was a great place to go snorkeling. We saw the sea turtles everyday. If you didn't want to snorkel the turtles could also be seen right from the shore.Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Hope to return again ourselves.

The property sits in a very nice community where one can walk (less than a 100 ft) to the beach front of the condominium building. The property has all the amenities of a home as one can expect. There’s a kitchen which is a plus for us and we were able to make some lunch and dinner and ate it at the beach front on a white sandy beach of The Napili Bay. We enjoyed walking in the morning to catch the sunrise and walking in the evening to catch the sunset. The room is very spacious for two adults and it has ample FREE parking unlike other lodging around the area. The bed is super comfortable and you can hear the ocean waves all day! In addition, we also loved walking to the coffee shop (Island Vibes Coffee) to get our morning coffee and chat with the locals and tourists of the area. This place is a gem and the location is a dream and you are just within a few minutes drive to the other nice beaches in the area.

Wonderful get away.

We were very impressed with the location as well as all the extras in the room. Having a cupboard of items others have used and left (non-refrigerated) was so unexpected yet enjoyed. Having shampoo, conditioner and body wash was great. The bed was very comfortable and the space in the room and cleanliness was perfect. Having all the beach equipment a plus. Hope to return to this unit and maybe rent one overlooking the beach next time. Great vacation.

Perfect Rental!

We just loved this place - 2 night stay. It was very comfortable (even without a/c - had ceiling and floor fans) and steps to the beach. We used the beach chairs a couple of times - the shore was great for walking and swimming. Coffee shop nearby for breakfast was nice to have. The parking was super easy and it was quick to get on the major road. Kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was remodeled, and host had lots of extras (including Band-Aids that we used). I would stay here again if in the area - just wish we would have had more time to really soak it all in.

Great Location

The Napili Bay is a great location with easy parking and great amenities. This unit is remodeled unlike some of the others that my friends had rented. The only thing that would make this unit better would be AC.

Napili short stay

Short vacation to celebrate birthday. After a little hiccup with check-in, things went very smoothly. Condo is immaculate, lots of supplies including snorkel gear, chairs, etc. Great snorkeling at the beach and awesome location. Highly recommend staying here.

Prime Maui spot!

Communication with Joe was great since day one, the place is simply amazing! Recently renovated unit. Bed was very comfy and kitchen has everything you can imagine. This is a beach front property so access to the beach is unbeatable, just a few step and you’re there. The beach is one of the top in Maui, great place for snorkeling, relaxing and watch sunsets.

This one has it all, as long as…

…you’re ok with no A/C. This charming single is fully stocked with everything you can imagine —beach chairs, detergent, kitchen supplies, ice, and outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand. We bought everything at Target before we arrived and needed absolutely nothing. Steps away from beautiful Napili Bay, we had a wonderful stay at this pit stop. We were worried about no A/C, but once we opened all the windows and turned on the fans, the island breeze did its job. Check this place out if you want an easy, relaxing time in Maui.
