Beautiful home

Home and neighborhood were wonderful. Hot tub not usable due to delays in cleaning which why one rating was at 4 stars otherwise the property was everything we hoped it would be. Would stay again.

Our stay at Hart of McCall

We booked this to be with my family for my 60th birthday. it was so nice that we only went out to the grocery store. My family truly enjoyed being there. IT was a bit of a bummer that the washer was out of service with a 3 months old baby we sure could have used it.

Beautiful home but missing key features

Home was beautiful but there were both electrical and gas appliance problems that made the stay less than optimal. Also the garage door was broken making the garage not able to be used. With it being the middle of winter, temps in the low teens and snowy conditions we made the rental decision based on the availability of a garage. VRBO did not notify us of the problem and does not allow changes without charges. We probably will not use this service again.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're truly sorry to hear about the appliance issues and the garage door not being usable during your winter stay. We understand how important the garage was, especially in those cold, snowy conditions, and we regret that this affected your time with us. Your feedback is very important, and we’ll be sure to address these issues to prevent them from happening in the future. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you'll consider giving us another chance to provide a better experience. DoneRight Management | DoneRight Vacation Rentals McCall, Idaho

Great for sledders

6 guys with 3 trucks and trailers. Big driveway, nice hot tub, and a pool table. Had good snow for 2 days and rain for 3 days. House was great.

I loved how clean and inviting the home was. My family and I really enjoyed our time together at this home. It was very close to everything we needed. There was a little trouble with the hot tub but the manager had someone come out and fix it very quickly. There were plenty of things to do there to keep us occupied. We loved the pool table! We made some great memories here.
