Beautiful Well Preserved Historical 2 bedroom House. 1112B

Along with large rooms with hardwood floors throughout the entire main level. We have a laundry area for the use of our clients at no additional cost.
We have a large sitting room and internet access for our clients as well. Plenty of room to sit and read a book in front of the wood stove as well.
The two bedrooms have central forced air heating and cooling along with an additional in room system that can be controlled by you if the house temperature conditions do not suit you.

Holy smokes this place was spacious. The kitchen is well stocked The bathroom has all of the towels you need and a couple more. The location is prime. I loved this stay.

Great Place

Nice place from beginning to end. Everything needed was in place in the kitchen and you have a full washer and dryer. Walkable to downtown. Definitely would stay there again.

Think Twice

Our experience was very frustrating. I was told, after we had checked into the 2 bedroom property, that they saw that we had a 3rd person and would have to pay an additional 80 a night (160) for our 27 year old daughter. Both my husband and I never saw any mention of an additional 80 per night for a 3rd person (for a place that claims to sleep 6 people) when we made the reservation. In addition, right after we made the reservation, I even texted the owner and told them that our daughter would be with us, and she didn't mention any extra fees at that time. It wasn't until she reviewed the video camera footage that she told me that I needed to pay up. I looked at her site, and as of the day we checked out (3/15/25) all future new reservations did not add on an additional 80 per night on her site. So, if I made another reservation on her site next week, I would have the same issue (the price for both 2 and 3 people is the equal on her page for other travel days). I'm guessing that she didn't intend it to be a bait and switch, but we would have not have rented her place if we knew it would be an additional 160. A couple more observations, her internet was intermittent, and the traffic noise in the front bedroom can be loud. The place was clean, but the pricing was a stressful situation.

A wonderful place to stay!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. The house had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to town (5-10 minutes). The owner was quick to respond and was easy to communicate with. The house was historical and charming. This didn't bother us at all, but there was someone staying above us. Not sure if they lived there or if it was a business, but they were very quiet and didn't bother us at all. Overall, I recommend this place if you want an affordable and cool place to stay!

Great location, friendly owner

We had a lovely stay. The location is perfect for walking into downtown, getting coffee across the street, or running to City Market quickly. We had plenty of space, safe parking, and it was very clean. The owner was very friendly.

Tiny getaway surprise

No WiFi, 5min drive/30-45min walk to hot springs. Very nice host who’s very helpful when booking at least. A little cold but cozy👍

First time in Glennwood springs

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were super nice and helpful. We liked the central location of the property, The only issue was parking a pickup truck in the back.

Very nice house, great location and awesome host!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great, we walked and the kids rode their scooters the couple blocks to downtown for dinner each night, and the house was very comfortable and spacious! Hong is a great host as well and was very responsive! Highly recommend this property!

My partner and I are doing a job in the area and we chose to stay in a Vrbo rather than a hotel and we definitely made the right choice. Great spot plenty of room working washer and dryer and the host was so nice. Absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend

House feels like home!!!

Nice and cozy home right by everything! We were looking for a last minute week getaway and were happy to get this beautiful accommodation. We’ve stayed in several places here and near to Glenwood Springs and we are happy to add this to our list of places to stay. A must if you want to be near everything!

Glenwood Springs Close to Downtown

This property is within walking distance of Downtown, the bike path and the store. It is very roomy. Has laundry and well equipped kitchen. The rooms are large and comfortable. I hope to stay here again for ski season.
