The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us and our dog. Great layout, well appointed, and clean made our stay very relaxing and comfortable. Downtown location made easy access to restaurants and shops, and it was only a block from green space to walk Twiz (dog). We appreciate the extras provided such as pool towels and snacks.

What an incredible place. You can tell how much thought was put into the apartment. The location is perfect, with free parking just 2 minutes away. The layout feels spacious, and it fit our family of 5 easily. Joanna was incredibly accommodating, and when our daughter left some items behind she found them and is shipping them back. Highly recommend for your stay in Glenwood Springs!

Always a great place to stay. It is stocked with pretty much everything you need. Great location in the heart of downtown. The host is super helpful and friendly.

This was a perfect spot for a quick getaway for me and my 2 children. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in Glenwood. Property was super clean and well maintained. Would stay again!

Check-in was fabulous. Some confusion on the parking but the host was quick to respond and provide feedback. Wonderful location, clean, and incredible attention to details that improve the vacation experience. Would definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

Excellent location right in the middle of downtown and within walking distance to the hot springs. Also walking distance to the adventure Park Gondola if you're ambitious. Place was nice and a great base for some fun activities.

Great location and very clean!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights. We had such a great time. We were able to walk to everything. We attended the Glenwood Vaudeville Revue just 1.5 blocks south and swimming at the Glenwood Springs pool. We even walked to City Market a few blocks south. This is one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed at. It is very well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked and we didn't lack anything we needed/wanted. The owners provided many thoughtful items including snacks (thank you so much!). We hadn't planned to use the sofa bed because they are often very uncomfortable. But needed to give the kids more separation. We were pleasantly surprised to find a very comfortable mattress on the sofa bed. I can see how parking may be an issue at certain times of the year/week/day. However, we had no trouble (Saturday afternoon in March). The owners provided an on-street parking pass that allowed us to park just around the block.Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. We will certainly return when we visit Glenwood Springs again.

Responsive and caring hosts.

Recently remodeled, tastefully decorated and appointed, with comfortable king master bed. We enjoyed being in the center of the glenwood action and was a good base for skiing the Aspen resorts too.

Perfect location

This place checks all the boxes for a stay in Glenwood Springs. Comfortable stay for our family of four. Well outfitted kitchen, comfy living room, lovely bathroom, games and books for the kids. Location made walking easier than driving for most things local. Responsive and gracious host. Would definitely stay again.

Girls' Birthday Relaxation Weekend

Joanna's place is in the perfect spot to take in Glenwood Springs as a visitor. My mom, aunt, sister, and i took the train from Denver to enjoy some intergenerational family time and and could not have found a better place to do just that. The apartment was perfectly located for us to walk to and from the Amtrak station, as well as everywhere else we wanted to go. We shopped and soaked and went to the spa, and even in the wintery conditions it was all walkable from this cozy nest. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a meal and enjoyed the comfortable beds and thoughtful provisions when we weren't out and about. We had plenty of room and Joanna was a thoughtful and responsive host, graciously accomodating our slightly early arrival via train. We highly recommend this lovely apartment and it's lovely host, and hope to stay there again when we are back in town.

Excellent downtown Glenwood stay

Beautiful, clean, renovated property right in the heart of Glenwood. Walked to everything, close parking available. Had an issue at initial check-in that was remedied right away. Host was very responsive and kind and helped us with our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location, walking distance to most things

Came up on the train and stayed in this downtown apartment. Everywhere we wanted to go was within 5-10 min walk. Iron mountain only about 20min walk. Convenient access to trails and a window view of Glenwood night life. Weather can be temperamental so check and dress accordingly. Top notch host and great place to stay.
