La Villa Celia, construida en 2007 y completamente nueva como primera ocupación a principios de 2009, se encuentra en un canal natural de agua dulce cerca del lago Seabreeze en una tranquila zona residencial de SW Cape. En una superficie habitable con aire acondicionado de aproximadamente 180 metros cuadrados, la villa cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, una sala de estar con un comedor separado. Una espaciosa cocina abierta y un cuarto de servicio con lavadora y secadora. El estilo arquitectónico de 'techo alto' en todas las habitaciones da una impresión espaciosa y atractiva. Esto puede alojar cómodamente hasta 6 personas. El área exterior se creó recientemente con adoquines en el verano de 2011. En el centro está la piscina de 4x8 metros, que cuenta con calefacción solar y eléctrica y, por lo tanto, le invita a nadar durante todo el año. Puede comenzar a explorar los canales y lagos vecinos desde el muelle. Todo el equipamiento de la villa se caracteriza por su alta calidad y muchos extras. Great spacious, clean villa!

Very nice place! Very spacious and clean and all the modern equipment you need. Nice and quiet neighborhood near fort Meyers, Sanibel, shopping malls and Public/Walmart. Modern kitchen with all the equipment you need. Great pool with solar heating and additional pool heating if needed. Very nice and proper big beds. Also the communication with Petra and the property management went very smooth. For example there was a small hole in the fence of the pool, which was repaired the next morning after reporting! Me and my family had a great two weeks and we will come back for sure!

Disconnect with renter

The check in person was not prompt, we had to wait for him for check in and check out. First problem no light in garage. He said there should be light bulb for you to fix it yourself. Not happy. I wanted to take a bath and the tub would not hold water. He said the tub drain was broke for a long time. We had no hot water the first night. We informed him of this also. He said he would send someone out to fix it. Lucky for us a maintenance man stopped in by mistake. He stopped at the wrong address. He fixed the hot water heater, could not fix tub and no light bulbs or alarm. No wash clothes. Check in guy said just use a bath towel. Which was a shocker. We told him would just go and buy some. I actually fixed the drain myself. The rubber seal on drain was upside down. I switched it and it worked fine after that. This was the most annoying of the complaints. The alarm would not stop beeping. I kept pushing buttons and it stopped the police alarm but it never stopped beeping. I told the check in guy that I pushed the system button and it said low battery. He said there is no battery. Which is wrong. We had to leave early because I couldn't stand the beeping all night long. The house is lovely. It's just not being managed for the renter's best interest. After telling the check in and out guy, he didn't seem to care. No response, like i'm sorry or i'll get someone on it.

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Check in und Check out völlig unproblematisch. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage am Kanal ist ein extra Bonus. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.🙂

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay! The house was perfect. Everything that you need is there. Very close proximity to different beaches, we went to a different one every day. Contact with Petra was great and the property manager Claudia was very nice. Check in and out was very easy. We will definitely book again. :-)

Perfektes Ferienhaus, gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schoenes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Sehr sauber und in zentraler Lage zu saemtlichenEinkaufsmoeglichkeiten. Fuer Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen ( ein Poolschutz ist vorhanden) In der Garage Fahrraeder, Poolutensilien, Babybett, Sonnenschirme, Kuehltruhe. Es fehlt an nichts. Ebenso ist die Kueche mit allem ausgestattet ( Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Waffeleisen, Mixer etc und alle Tools, die man so brauchen koennte. Wir reisen viel, haben selten ein Haus so gut equipped vorgefunden. Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig, da gab es aber ueberhaupt gar nichts zu banstanden! On top eine sehr nette Vermieterin! Wir koennen das Haus nur waermstens empfehlen!

Christmas vacation

Peter met me at the house and was very helpful throughout my stay the home was lovely very spacious dog friendly was a major Plus kids enjoyed the pool as well as I and I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone

I found that my communication with the owner of the property was amazing. The property manager ,eh..

My overall experience was really nice beautiful home nice neighborhood. The owner of the home "Petra" was great to deal with via email. The property manager may have been a little bit rough but not bad. Overall we had a wonderful time.. and I would like to thank Petra Wagner for letting us enjoy his home.

Vacation Getaway

Our family really enjoyed this vacation home. The home was very clean and well taken care of! The only issue I had was getting a hold of the property manager. I had a few questions to ask but never was able to get a hold of her. Other than that I highly recommend staying here!

It was okay

We liked our stay, the area, and the neighbors were as friendly as can be. The house was amazing, the wildlife in the backyard, the area is very calm for a big city. Lots of great things about the place. For the bad, when I spoke to the actual owner of the house, she was very swift very polite and worked well with me when we communicated over our stay. The property manager was a bit different. She did communicate with me about things that I find ridiculous. 1 cleaning a grill and making it look like brand new after we use it. She wanted fresh oil on the grill after we used it and cleaned spotless bc it was new.. now i was under the impression clean outside of the grill and brush off the grill and keep it clean and ahit off the propane. No she wanted me to scrub it all down, bc someone broke the other one they had a new one and wanted me to clean it like new? A grill? I was upset. I was warned but I didn't think she met brand new and add oil again? I was very specific when we discussed this so I made that statement very clear! Oil! If she didn't know u have to burn those grills in bc the manufacturer oil that could land on your food would be a problem itself! I said forget it charge me for 60 dollars that's ridiculous... Next thing first night we stayed I could smell a smell after the property manager left and it was awful. Smells like urine, come to find out it was. I lifted up the rug in the living room and could see a round spot, and it was even worse. We took a picture and sent it. I called immediately, she told me she would like me to roll it up and me, to move it to the garage. All the small floor mats had the same smell. Very disappointing and disgusting. The garage lights were broke and not working but we read the comments below so we kinda figured that they new. I was disappointed in not being informed we had to pay for out WATTS used for staying in a house. I feel that should be a descriptive detail, not told after u booked. Though I ignored the issue bc it never heard of a thing and dismissed it. Also partially my fault. I wish the be descriptive on house hold items. They would like to keep the house at 78 she said. Also a thing that needs to be descriptive. I never been to a place that made us buy toilet paper,trash bags ect. That didn't bother us to much but it would be nice to know. Overall my biggest issue was the house of urine, grill, and the lack of knowing before getting there.

Nice home, good location and Peter was great to work with!

This was our first vacation since the pandemic. This home was well maintained and allowed us a sense of comfort the moment we walked in. We had prepared to disinfect "just in case." For extra comfort we did our own cleaning but we really didn't need too. I will share, the hot water didn't seem to ever get hot in the bathroom and there is a slight smell of mildew in the master bathroom. Now with all that said, we checked out of the property but returned because my daughter had left something. We were surprised to see a family with suitcases, pets and children in the home immediately after we had left. It looked like they were guests but maybe they were cleaning. Regardless, it left me very uncomfortable. My family is vaccinated but they would not have known that.

Wonderful vacation home!!!

Loved this place, house was lovely, especially the master bedroom, my favorite was the view from the back of the house, beautiful pool, but the canal was very peaceful and very relaxing- an unexpected and pleasant surprise! Definitely love to comeback!

Great Birthday for my wife with the girls.

It was a nice clean place to stay and the communication with Peter the property manager was good. We had a great time and the location was great to go to the beaches and nightlife in Cape Coral.

Beautiful home

A couple of issues had to be addressed and the property manager was notified. Pictures were sent over to the owner but the issues were never taken care of.

First Time, learned a lot.

An hour before scheduled check-in, was informed that they still needed another 3 hours to clean the unit. This after being charged a couple hundred extra dollars for "Covid" cleaning. Receive a text three hours later, saying it ready. Manager shows up to check us in the next morning. Not a wash cloth in the entire place. One ply toilet paper, and four squares of paper towel in kitchen. Cleaning supplies under sink have exactly one squirt of each cleaner. Jacuzzi tub is swirling debris into the water. No direction to pool pump or timer, but 7 pages in the book on how to use the garbage disposal. Propane tank for grill runs out on first use five minutes into cooking. We definitely left the place in better shape than we found it. Good toilet paper, full rolls of bounty paper towels, coffee for the next crew, spices for grilling. And even took the trash to the curb, per request from the manager even though family there stated that was against city policy. Overall I think its a beautiful house, but was disappointed we lost the use of it the first night. Why would I be charged extra for COVID cleaning, when there's already a cleaning fee on the bill and NO disinfectants present in the house. Beautiful home, disappointing property management. He never even responded to me when we tried to check out as he requested. Probably would rent again if these issues were resolved.
