Location was great. Well appointed. We had fishing poles and beach gear to use which was really great. Host communicated quickly. Great extra overall. Too short though. Hated to leave 80 degree weather to return to the chilly Northeast.

Magnificent experience

Quiet area with lots of amenities very close. House was exceptionally clean, beautiful pool, quiet neighborhood, easy to get to many great amenities. Host was easy to communicate with! I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great place to relax

This was without doubt the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. The area is great for relaxing and very convenient for shopping and day trips. The neighbourhood is quiet except when the large property across from the canal is occupied - it can get very noisy. The owner was very responsive when there were issues (a power outage in the area).

Excellent situation

Attended a women's basketball tip off in Fort Myers. Very relaxing environment. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed to clean up. Did not dine out. Would definitely rent again.

Super tolle Tage hier gehabt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. War Alles wie beschrieben. Am 1. Tag war der Kühlschrank kaputt und wirde sofort repariert. Betten dind sehr bequem. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Way better than the description!

We spent 2 weeks at Rhonda’s lovely home. The property description doesn’t do this home justice. It’s a 5* vacation rental. The property is clean and nicely maintained, and the host has ensured that you have everything you need for a trouble-free stay. When we did have questions, or needed something, Rhonda was quick to respond, and took care of stuff right away. The pool, while small, is wonderful for Florida’s hot hot summer days, and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the lanai, where there’s a TV as well. The neighborhood is really quiet, and there’s plenty of fun-to-watch wildlife on the property… reptiles, rabbits, harmless snakes and birds. A car is needed to get to local attractions. Internet speed was excellent and reliable. We found the bed and sofas to be very (a bit too) soft - keep this in mind if this may be an issue for you, as it was for our older bones! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and highly recommend this home and Rhonda, as host.

Relaxing Time

Short three night stay between West Palm beach n Singer Island. Comfortable home located in a quiet neighborhood. Having a private pool was just wonderful. We so enjoyed having a pool to ourselves and relaxing after a rowdy short stay at a Marriott Vacation Club Rhonda was easy to reach with any questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend this property. 👍

Quiet Inlet Paradise

This house is on an inlet/canal with dock for easy boat access. The house was immaculate and included a spacious screened outdoor patio with lots of seating. In ground pool and grill. Neighbors were quiet and got to see some unusual wildlife up close like iguanas and small owls. House is immaculate and well kept. Plenty of room to sleep 6 people easily with two bathrooms. TVs in multiple rooms and on the patio. Would highly recommend and would rent this space again.

Property was very nice, clean and relaxing. Loved the tv on the patio, you could watch it from the pool which was awesome. Very comfortable and close to everything.

Great stay in Cape Coral

Very nice, clean, well-equipped home. Many basic items provided to get you started (paper towel, kleenex, toilet paper, coffee filters etc...) which is nice so you don't have to run to the store right away! The pool and lanai area were great which is where we spent most of our time. Received an email from owner about a week before arrival with instructions for entering the home. Had a slight issue with working the TV's only because I was unfamiliar with Fire Stick but Rhonda was very prompt in assisting me and issue was resolved quickly. Location was great, close to many stores, restaurants and groceries. Would definately recommend and return.

Clean home, quiet area

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The home was clean and relaxing. The pool cage is down (most likely from the hurricane) and I wish we had known just so we knew to be careful of the hardware in the concrete until it’s repaired. Pool was warm and home was nice. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Baseball Getaway

My son had a week long baseball tournament in Ft. Myers and we rented this home instead of a hotel. Perfect distance from all our games, located near amenities and a wonderful place to stay as well as a wondeful host!

Awesome stay. Pool was an added bonus.

Had a wonderful time. It’s a 3-bedroom home, but we only stayed in the master. Great walk in shower. Pool was just what we needed. Coming from Oregon and having pool to be in everyday is wonderful beyond words. Location worked perfectly, was 10 minutes to everything. Enjoyed our 2-week stay. Communication with owner was great. Ever was perfect and would highly recommend.
