This pet friendly (maximum two pets; $15 per pet, per night), bright, and beautiful home located just steps away from the village centre is an excellent unit for a special getaway in Sun Peaks! With its full size garage (perfect for secure ski or bike storage), 3 floors, large windows and patios located throughout the townhouse, this bright unit shines in both the winter and the summertime.

Spectacular location in Sun Peaks. This Townhouse has everything you could dream of for your Sun Peaks vacation. Garage has been converted into heated, carpeted gear room. Open flowing second level with living, kitchen, dining, half bath, 2 decks and a hot tub. Flat screen TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Free WiFi in the unit. Top level has two large bedrooms, a full bath and washer dryer. West bedroom has views of the ski runs, a queen size bed and a bunk bed (full over full). The East bedroom has a deck looking into the forest, a King size bed & a sitting area. Kitchen is fully appointed with enough dishes and flat wear for eight. Unit sleeps 6 adults comfortable. Or 4 adults, 4 children.

Great times with friends

Our 4 day weekend with friends at Sun Peaks was perfect. From the location of property to the easy communication with property managers things were just easy from the start. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the living space is perfect

Sun peaks townhouse

Property exactly or better than listing. Communications were great - very responsive and helpful. Likely best stocked rental we have ever had (spices, oil, kitchen tools andsmall appliances). Would rent again and recommend.

Perfect stay for a family of five

This was our first time to Sun Peaks and we were really excited to stay at a place so close to the village. The location is great- just a 5 min walk to all the restaurants and main lifts. The garage code didn’t work but Heidi was super responsive and got right back to me. The queen bed room was awesome- each of our children thought it was so awesome they could have their own queen bed! We would definitely rent here again as it was perfect for our family and our needs.

Comfy spot close to Sun Peaks Village

Booked this for a four night family ski and snowboard trip. Really short walk to the ski run that takes you to the base, maybe 3 minutes. Right across the street from the ice skating rink for some evening fun, and a super short walk to the village for shopping, food, and treats. Plenty of room for the four of us to lounge after the slopes. Had six friends for dinner one night (they were up the road) and the huge couch, kitchen island, and dining table sat us all comfortably. Cooked breakfast and dinner without any problems, the knives were sharp and plenty of pots and pans! Loved the heated garage for stowing gear and getting ready in the morning. The hot tub was great!

Great place in the convenient location

We enjoyed staying here very much. The place is very clean, and easy walk to the village centre. I loved the hot tub’s location. While staying in Sun Peaks we walked around the area, and noticed some places have their hot tubs right outside the front doors side by side very close to the sidewalk, and other places have hot tubs completely under the upstairs balcony. The hot tub of this place is very private, the right outside is the woods and we could look up at the stars in the evening. We stayed in summer, but in winter it will be lovely.

Everything we needed and a great location!

We had a really lovely family vacation and found the stay at this property great overall. We really loved the location of the unit, the use of a secure garage to store our bikes, and the unit’s amenities meet our needs just fine. Would happily stay here again!

Great location at great ski area

Had a great time at Sun Peaks. This condo is in a fabulous location for walking and ski-in, ski-out. We will look for this again if we return to Sun Peaks.
