This is our 4th time here, as it is only a mile from our kids house. Even without that this would be a great place, always very clean, well laid out, beautiful fenced , treed back yard, great for relaxing after a busy day. Nice kitchen with lots of utensils, dishes, Kuerig. Plenty of room to spread out

Christmas with our family

The house was fantastic. Great location, lots of room. The beds are super comfortable. The linens are what you’d expect in an high end hotel. Our family enjoyed the best Christmas there that we have had in years!

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

We were in town to help our kids move into a new home. This beautiful home provided a place of respite and relaxation each evening before beginning another busy day. Maria was always prompt in her response to our questions and we will definitely stay here again when we return for another visit.

Great House Central to Area

House was clean, had simple decor that made it beautiful, location was great! The host was responsive and tentative to our needs. Highly recommended if you need a spot in the egale/ surrounding areas.

Grandparents in town

We loved our stay at the house, it is right around the corner from our son & family so very convenient for the grandkids. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood with everything close by. House was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Maria was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed as well. Thank you!

Exactly what we were looking for

We found a ton of value in the property. We were attending an event on Boise State campus which was about 20-25 minutes away. For the the price we paid, it was worth the little extra drive. The house fit our family perfectly and it was a cute neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Maria was easy to communicate with and work with. The property was as promised and very clean. Great stay. Surprised by the large damage deposit. Hope it is refunded as promised.

Volleyball tournament

Was a very nice open and spacious house. Only complaint would be that the cleaning product smell was very strong along with the fabric softener on the sheets. We had to rinse and dry our sheets before bed because it was so strong.

Move out weekend

This home worked out well for us as we moved our son out of the dorm at BSU. It was so helpful to have a garage to store everything until the day we left and the fully stocked supplies for the washer/dryer came in handy.

simple but nice

This property was the perfect location for my nephew's wedding nearby. Overall it was a great place to stay. We do have a couple items that we wish we had in the kitchen....more kitchen towels, kitchen scissors, and more spoons. Also, we had to run and get some TP, Kleenex, and hand soap that wasn't stocked enough for our 3 night stay. Our biggest complaint however, was that the floor was a bit tacky to walk on. It looked very neat and clean, but It needs a deep clean on the hardwood floor with some water instead of just a swiffer.

Another great stay

We come to Boise 2-3 times a year, usually staying at Marias place, to visit our son and family, unless they needs us at the house due to childbirth or some medical thing. Its always easy and clean. If there is a problem ,(there wasn't) its attended to quickly. Entry and logins are easy. Great, quiet neighborhood and fenced yard, with nice sitting area. A little too hot to use in the evening but nice for morning coffee. Kuerig works fine. Tons of shoping and restaurants within 5 minutes. Try the movies in Eagle, 5 minutes North. Great sandwichs, coffe, and bananas at Jacksons gas/ arwash on Eagle

This was our first house, we have owned it since the beginning and love it! we outgrew it with our growing family, but have been renting it since 2002, we recently remodeled it and decided to try vacation rentals, instead of long term rentals. So far we are enjoying hosting different families and making their stay in our house a great experience.

Recently remodeled, super clean. Spacious with great location where Boise, Eagle and Meridian cities meet. Five minutes from the Village, movie theaters. 15 minute driving distance to Water parks, 20 minutes from downtown. In a great family oriented neighborhood.
