The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.

- A 5 m² balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
