Charming Family Country House in the Heart of the Périgord Noir

Come and unwind in this beautiful traditional Périgord house, where you will find all the comfort you need for a pleasant family stay.

Located in a small hamlet between Montignac-Lascaux and Sarlat-la-Canéda, our cottage features two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with its own dressing area. Bed linen, duvets, and pillows are provided. We also offer a brand-new travel cot and fans for your convenience.

Upstairs, you will also find a spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a shower, a double sink, and a washing machine. Bath towels are provided, and the toilet is separate.

For cleaning and maintenance, we provide a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a mop, and all the necessary cleaning products to keep the house tidy during your stay. A drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron are also available.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area and includes a refrigerator (with a freezer and ice tray), an oven, a microwave, a gas cooktop, a range hood, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all necessary tableware.

The living room is a cozy space where you can relax, featuring a sofa, an armchair, a television, and an Internet box.

Outside, the shaded terrace allows you to enjoy peaceful meals. You can also prepare delicious barbecues with the grill provided. The swimming pool, completely renovated in spring 2024, is secured with safety barriers and partially shaded. Four sun loungers are available for you to relax and soak up the sun.

A private parking space is located at the back of the house.
