Peaceful Waterfront Summer Escape! Private dock, 2 Kings

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront camp! We have a large downstairs area and back yard to enjoy with family and friends. There is a grill, table and chairs, hammock to relax even take a trip in the paddle boat on the canal. The new dock is the perfect place to fish or dock your boat. We have a fish cleaning area to prepare your fresh catch of the day.

Camp Barracuda has 2 bedrooms both with king sized beds, and 2 queen sleeper sofas in the living room. Upstairs you have a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, there is a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is great for cleaning off after a day of fishing or beaching!

The Best Stay Ever

This property has everything that a family of 4 needed. The neighbors are so friendly, also the ducks. Love the ducks and different birds. Fishing was awesome!! You have our business the next time we are vacationing here. Will recommend to others!

Perfect getaway

The camp was perfect for our family get together, ample room and the location was ideal for relaxing, fishing and boating! The hosts were very communicative with resolving a few minor issues which made our stay even better! Will definitely have return visits in the future!

Place was nice and clean

Place was nice and clean but watch out for the rail on the steps going up to the door. It needs to be replaced. Good place to stay though.

Perfect location!

Hubs and I went for our 39 wedding anniversary Our stay was perfect!! The rental was very clean as well as very comfortable in all aspects of the word !! My husband and I enjoyed everyday of our stay. Check in,communication and location was great.The house was just like the hosts stated. Everything was in working order. The house was clean and there was plenty of utensils.It was very quiet and a good place to relax and fish which we did alot of.Plenty of space in the house and outside to move around.Short distance to the beach and casinos.The house sets on a dead end street and the main street had very little traffic so we were able to walk daily.We enjoyed sitting on the patio down stairs and watching the sun set plus watching the ducks.Also had a paddle boat there which if we were a little younger would have used.Overall very good place to stay.I would recomend staying there to any one.

Nice get away!

Went to Mississippi for a family reunion for 120 plus family members. It was nice to have this place for down time. As we opened up the door to the place the pleasant scent was inviting. I have to say the artistic flower on the toilet roll brought a smile to my face. The view of the canal and the paddle boat made us change our minds to paddle and let grocery shopping wait. After the paddling we realized we need to exercise more in our life. (-: What a great incentive to know what we need to do, but enjoyment of the paddle boat was an added delight to our family reunion. The view as we paddled down the canal was so refreshing and relaxing at the same time. WE SO ENJOYED watching the blue birds in the nesting box. I have never seen a blue bird in my entire life. What a delight and we got some awesome photos. The morning we left we saw so many birds including a huge grey bird drifting along the canal. So exciting! I would add room darkening window covers due to the bright light coming in the windows. I did think it was odd to be asked to wash towels and dry prior to leaving because that did cause us to leave later than we wanted to since we take showers in the morning for our long drive home. I would add some kind of sun cover on the outside chairs immediately outside the front door where we enjoyed our morning coffee, but the sun is very hot even in the morning. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Although the property was fairly clean, the exterior of the house definitely could use sprucing up. Interior was clean as well, could use updating. The biggest issue I had was the bathroom especially the tub and shower needs attention.

Comfy Cozy

This water front property is really nice and provided the peace and relaxation that we desperately needed. My son had a blast fishing in the canal and my wife can’t stop talking about how the property brought back memories of her childhood. We love this property and can’t wait to return.
