Beautiful and freshly renovated, this condominium's custom upgrades include sparkling white quartz countertops, new shaker-style cabinetry, brand new furniture, all-new stainless appliances, new contemporary lighting, and new whitewash plank-like flooring. The aesthetic is calming and pleasing to the eye with subtle hues of color.
Peachtree II is a family friendly complex located in a private setting on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. We are only steps away from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
This 2nd floor corner condo boasts a generous front porch with rocking chairs facing the crystal blue water of the outdoor pool, while the large back private wrap-around balcony adjoins the 2 bedrooms.
The condo sleeps 6 with two bedrooms (each containing a Queen bed), and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The Master Suite has it's own exceptionally large vanity area and separate bathroom. Very easy beach access just a few steps away across the street. Parking is a breeze as well, and the complex's elevator makes unloading your belongings effortless. The complex includes an outdoor pool and shuffleboard, and gazebo with grilling area.

Renter must be at least 25 years of age with valid driver's license and must occupy the property the entire length of the stay. Copy of valid driver's license required to complete booking.

Overall great stay. Condo was very spacious. The only compliant would be a little further walk to the beach and parking garage right behind us. We enjoyed our stay and will continue to come back.

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and we love the remodel. The Peachtree complex is very nice for staying with the family its quit and right next to the beach, we have stayed in this complex 5 times. The unit was very nice and had everything we needed and the property managers were very helpful when i had to unexpectedly changes out vacation dates. The only drawback with this unit, and i mean very small, is i wish the master had a king sized bed and that the dresser were bigger so i could unpack all my clothes.

It was a very nice and clean place that felt inviting and it was just across the street from the beach which we enjoyed and close to everything you would want to do... would definitely rent this out again when going to Panama City beach.

Comfortable Stay!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Location and beach access was nice and convenient. Check in and check out was a very smooth process. Highly recommend!

Quick Family Trip

The condo is extremely nice!!!! There was plenty of room for all six of us and the location is great too!! Not too busy of an area and it was awesome to not have to deal with a parking deck!!!! It was nice and quiet!! Owners of the condo are super nice and answered my messages back almost immediately!! 5/5 stars!!

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

My family and I had a blast!!! This place felt like a home away from home! It was very comfortable, updated, and perfectly located across the street from the beach. Everything we needed was provided. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. Holly quickly responded to our texts. Our family will definitely stay here again!!!

Very Clean Condo in a good location

The condo was very clean and well taken care of. It had most everything furnished that we needed for the week. Owners responded via text right away, so that is always a plus. If I'm being super picky, the only things that could have been better were the shower heads, which were not very strong, and the water in the pool was pretty hot. Coming back from the beach from long days, sometimes it is nice to get in some cooler water. But, we are later in the summer, so it's understandable that it was warm. Overall, I highly recommend staying here

Lovely Condo

Lovely condo for a beach trip alone or with a partner, friend, or family. Located on the calmer end of PCB. Condo is modern and has everything needed for a stay away from home. Beach is an easy walk across the street, and Alvin's Island right next door has everything you need or may have forgotten for the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, and Pier Park are all a short drive away.

Great place to stay

The condo was perfect for our girls' getaway. Complex is quiet and very family oriented. We loved the pool, and the beach is a short walk. Highly recommend! We would definitely come back again!
