Plan the family reunion at 1714 Bluff Villa, a beachy and bright 3rd floor villa just perfect for a family or group of 10!

Located just a short walk from the beach on the Calibogue Sound in Sea Pines, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa features an open plan with plenty of room to enjoy family game or movie night. The open living space includes a large dining area where everyone can gather for a traditional meal, or you can enjoy outdoor dining on the spacious covered balcony. The kitchen is fully-equipped and beautifully appointed. Get your chef on and prepare a gourmet meal, or just put on the morning coffee and pack a lunch to take to the beach!

South Beach Marina is only steps away from your villa for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
* 1714 Bluff Villa is located in Building 2, 3rd Floor, Stairwell A. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Perfect location - excellent beach for little ones and families - and such easy access from property. Very clean and excellent communication from management company. Loved that beach chairs and beach supplies were there too. Will be back!

Wonderful Stay

Property was perfect for our family vacation!! Bunk room had my 4 and 6 year old, one bedroom for my mom, and the master was perfect for my husband and I, plus our 11mo old’s packnplay fit in the closet area! Very close to the beach and the pool was great too!

Very nice place, quiet and serene.

Family of 5 with three teenagers, everyone had enough room and lots of space, very quiet place, shopping and food very close, beach was a 2 min walk, very clean place and nicely updated, would stay here again.

Great location beach is right across the street the condo was roomy salty dog restaurants/stores right there and you can easily bike to other locations on the property.

Great location and property

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving getaway here. The location was prime next to the beach and South Beach Marina Village. Checkin process was easy and painless. Highly recommend!

Our family of seven, four adults and three children, enjoyed our stay very much despite extremely hot weather. We found the property to be very clean, nicely decorated with plenty of linens for all of us during our five day stay. The only disappointment was the extremely small shower in the master bedroom. It was actually about the size of a shower on a cruise ship. Additionally, hand held showers would be a great improvement.

We just loved the property. In a quiet neighborhood right next to Salty Dog and across from a very convenient beach access. The bathrooms are small but definitely doable. The beds were actually very comfortable and the fact that the fans are in every bedroom is just the best. The host left a fantastic welcome package with coozies and a bag with snacks. A wonderful balcony to watch the sunset as well.Super clean and nice linens with an abundance of beach towels.Highly recommend

Great getaway

The condo was even better than pictured. Location was awesome with the beach just an easy 2 minute walk away. Loved getting drinks and meals at the salty dog. Perfect location for our teens to walk to shops and ice cream!

Cozy and Great Location

Great condo for our family. It had a beautiful ocean view and we saw dolphins on our evening beach walks multiple times. Beds were comfy. It was a very short walk to South Beach Marina with shops and restaurants.

Great Golf Location

Wonderful island location. Walk to salty dog, beach and marina. Weather was stunning and the golf in the region was great. Unit had great space and was very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion is that the showers be updated.

Labor Day vacation

My college friends, sisters, and I all stayed at the villa for Labor Day weekend. It was so clean, spacious, and decorated so beautifully! We loved how close it was to salty dog, the bike rentals, and the conscience of the beach access right in the backyard! It was a beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely stay there again (:

Best Family Property Ever

This property MORE than delivered. Every detail was attended to. The location was perfect, and the house was exactly what we needed!!! Plush linens. Wonderful kitchen, stocked with every imaginable kitchen gadget. Gorgeous views from the deck. Beds were super comfy. We would love to rent this villa again!

Location, location, location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views of the sound from the covered porch in the morning set this unit apart, but the accommodations are also comfortable for two couples and four kids. Be sure to walk the Salty Dog for happy hour and watch the sunset as the dolphins swim in front of you. The unit has a few quirks but those are minor compared to the positives. We would stay there again.

Very responsive managers

We settled in the the property and no fault of the management we had to move late the first evening we arrived. They were extremely accommodating, found a very nice replacement for us and had us moved in with their help within an hour late in the evening. Host2Coast is the way to go if you are using a booking agency separately or through VRBO.

Absolute bliss

I’ve been vacationing on Hilton Head for the past 15 years at different locations. Although I grew to love Palmetto Dunes, this property and it’s location absolutely tops everything. I loved the sheltered beach and pine trees that line it, I loved that Salty Dog was steps away, but was also quiet at night, and peaceful during the day. The condo is beautiful and kitchen is well equipped with high quality cookware. Once I figured out which form of communication was best (Hospitality app, texting), the property management was easy to contact, fast to respond, and pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait for another opportunity to stay there.
