A beautiful, newly renovated, 2004 square foot beach getaway! Our condo is perfect for families who want to enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Palmetto Dunes is centrally located on the island and convenient to the beach, restaurants, stores and the many other amenities available. The gated pool is right outside the deck!. Enjoy the short walk to our amazing beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and all the other fantastic amenities!

We had an excellent week in HHI! The villa was in a great location, clean and plenty of space. The owner was very easy to get aholdof if we needed anything (which we didn’t-Only a few questions). I would absolutely recommend this rental for the space, Location and foremost the owners!

The owner is super responsive and understanding. Even let us in a bit early on checkin day! The space was so fresh, clean and appointed with all the benefits of home. Excellent location with the community pool in the backyard steps away. Even had beach chairs available for use for our day at the beach. Would rent again and again for our Hilton Head getaways!

Great Place to Stay

This Condo was beautiful. It was very spacious. Each room was big. Its back porch is right across from the pool, which the kids loved. Palmetto Dunes is a great place to stay on the island, with so much just to do right there.

4th of July Festivities

Very helpful owner, who sent us info about fireworks, etc. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood near the beach and tennis center. Our family rented two villas in this location. We had a family pickleball tournament, biked throughout the village, had a few trips to the General Store, and of course the beach. Highly recommend!

The property and location were great! We did some cooking at the home and it would have been nice to have a better appointed kitchen with spices etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The home is much nicer than we expected. It’s in a great location, central to most things to see and do on the island. The host responded to all inquires and requests promptly. A Good experience overall.

Wonderful Stay!

Place was immaculately clean when we checked in! Smooth check in process with xtra parking pass and able to swim at pool until check in… loved that! Very spacious for our family of five and grandparents, we had an awesome week! Loved the location and rode bikes everywhere. House was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up, great communications with owner. No issues, loved our stay. Thankyou!

My passions center around the loves of my life, my 9 grandchildren! I also enjoy relaxing at my cottage in Marblehead, vacationing at the beach in Hilton Head, boating, reading, sewing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. I love sharing my home with others that love Hilton Head Island as much as I do!

I love Hilton Head Island! The island and beaches are beyond beautiful! I visit often and love all the outdoor activities available. The island is known for it's preservation for all things nature related! There are so many outstanding restaurants and fun evening places to visit as well!

I chose this particular villa as it has a large living area and kitchen to accommodate my many grandchildren when we visit the island!
