What a great house in a wonderful location! Very nicely provisioned and decorated, immaculate, too. We loved the pool, bikes and kayaks, saw sea critters every day right off the dock, including a manatee mother and baby.

Great little getaway

Very nice home on the water. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Docked our boat here for the week. Wonderful backyard setup! Kitchen well equipped. Owners very responsive to all questions. Key Colony is a great neighborhood to stay in! Thank you

This property is wonderful. Great location, clean, bikes, kayaks, pickleball across the street, beach club; could not ask for more. Enjoyed every moment!

Spring Break 2024

Check in was smooth. Place is amazing, clean, kitchen well stocked, updated appliances, full front load washer/dryer. Rooms are spacious, loft is like a mini apartment. Great safe location, great for golf and fishing. Pool is amazing. Tiki has a large fan which is nice on hot days. Publix is 10 min away. Cabana club is nice as well their pool is a warm 86 with a hot tube and ocean access. Food is good as well. Quiet relaxing neighborhood. Stop looking and book...you won't reget it! We will definitely stay again!

Spring Break

Key Colony is a gorgeous, secure waterfront community on Marathon. This super cute property sits on a canal with access to open water ... and the kayaks to take you there! The Keys have a special vibe ... and we needed a break from the real world as the last of our kids heads off to college soon ... and we got it! Will be back!

Beautiful Home

The home is beautifully decorated with lots of space for our group of 5 adults. The loft is spacious. We loved fishing and kayaking from the dock. We would definitely return for another visit.

Great Place

The property was tastefully decorated and roomier than expected. Very clean with some nice extras - kayaks and bicycles. The dock was in very good condition with a very nice cleaning table with water hose. We really liked the pool and little cabana. Perfect for taking a dip and cooling off after being on the water.

A fantastic week with our four kids in Key Colony Beach! Coffee or cocktails in tiki hut, kids swimming in pool, kayaking the canal, quick 10 minute walk to the incredible cabana club. Lots of amenities in the house including pack n play and high chair. We saw lots of manatees off the dock!

Clean and beautifully renovated home in Paradise

The home is super clean and modernly renovated & decorated. It also has 3 bikes and 2 kayaks. WiFi and TV's in every room. Outdoor seating on balcony or multiple seating areas under and behind house near the water via a Cabana. You cant not have a relaxing and nice time here. We rented a boat for 3 days and went snorkeling at Coffen Patch Reef (4 miles straight out)and Sambrero Reef (8 miles SW). Also went fishing approx 5 miles out in 45' of water and caught many different types of snapper, grouper, porgys, grunts, etc. Enough for a few lunches and dinners. There's also a marina at KCB if you want to get a charter boat instead. Cabana Beach Club is walking distance and has a beach. A few restaurants are within Key Colony beach also. A great family place overall.

Key Colony Beach is the best!

This 1/2 duplex is renovated and comfortable for 2 couples; it has 1 king/ensuite and 1 queen/ensuite. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are fresh and new. We didn’t use the loft area. We enjoyed sitting under the new hut next to the canal We loved the location; the walking/ biking paths are awesome. This rental comes with 3 bicycles and we bought a 4th at the local pawn shop. Also, there are 2 kayaks, however, there is no ladder at the dock so we didn’t make use of them. Roxana responds quickly by text or email. The check-in was easy. We would stay here again.

KCB VACATION

This property is 5 star , the decor and accommodations are excellent, the outside area was amazing . Enjoyed the convenience location and the comfort of the home . We absolutely loved watching the sunsets from the Tiki Hut . The owners did everything to make our vacation perfect !

bike, boat and golf

key colony beach is a great vacation spot. it's a good area for activity: 9-hole par 3 golf course for a minimal fee, easy wide streets for using the complimentary bikes, and a cabana club with pool for swimming and sunbathing. havana jack's is a good ocean-front restaurant featuring live music. our duplex was well-appointed with new appliances and attractive decor. we used the grill for hamburgers and the "backyard" for sunning. we think the canal access for the complimentary kayaks needs improvement-- a ladder would help entry/exit, especially at low tide. we did not use them. other than an unwieldy application process we had no complaints. thanks, roxana and ralph!

Top Notch Rental

This facility was fantastic… clean, up to date, comfortable, all the extras… bikes kayaks grill, beds were fabulously comfortable. Can’t say enough about this rental and all interaction with the owner.

Relaxing at Cada Aquamarina!

Casa Aquamarina was impeccably decorated and very comfortable. The grandchildren enjoyed having their own space in the loft. We loved fishing in the canal and relaxing under the tiki hut. We have rented in the Keys for 4 years now and this was by far the best place yet!

Awesome Place and Vacation!

The condo we stayed in was clean and beautiful! The homeowner did everything she could to make us feel welcomed and replied to my messages in a timely manner whenever I had a question or comment. I highly recommend this property for those vacationing in Marathon Key!

Perfect Offshore Fishing Getaway

We had an amazing time at this house for the past 9 days. The local weather has been severely hot but the AC in this house was perfectly cool each time we would enter. We actually looked forward to coming back each day just to cool off. The layout is fantastic and our daughter really enjoyed the upstairs loft area. The beds were all super comfy with upscale hotel quality linens. We were surprised to find that the spare bedroom even had an adjustable base just like we have at home. What a nice touch. Having a freezer downstairs for our catch was especially nice. Bumpers for our boat made it so handy to quickly tie up the boat and not worry about scratching. Excellent, convenient location for boating access to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico via Vaca Cut. Everything you would need for boating and fishing is conveniently located close by at Captain Hooks Marina. Easy turn around area nearby at golf course for turning your truck and boat trailer around. Homeowner really prepared the place for our arrival with nice touches including wine in the frig, frozen mugs for frosty drinks, popcorn and keurig coffee cups. Our outdoor adventures included bully netting for lobsters at night, diving for lobsters during the day, we caught a dozen mahi mahi offshore, caught a sailfish, snorkeling included Molasses Reef and Coffins Patch. Saw lots of sea turtles. We enjoyed meals of lobster, yellow tail snapper and mahi mahi that we caught ourselves while staying here. Place had lots of trash cans for cleaning up👍 A full size grill👍 Manatees galore❤️❤️ Public boat ramp very close. Just across US1. Causeway Pizza only 2 minutes away. Yum yum. Highly recommend this home. Owners are extremely helpful and nice.
