The studio is located on the first floor and has an area of 45 m².
Once inside the hall, you will find the luxuriously furnished bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet on the left.
To the right of the hall you enter the living room with open kitchen and sleeping area.
The kitchen is equipped with every luxury, including hob with extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
In the living room there is a round table with 4 chairs, a seat that also serves as a sofa bed and in the sleeping corner a double box spring and a built-in wardrobe.
There is also a smart television and free WiFi.

We are Koenraad and Katrien, together with our two daughters we were born Blankenbergenaars.
Katrien has been working for 20 years as an administrative assistant at the secondary school Sint-Jozef Sint-Pieter in Blankenberge.
Koenraad has been a shoe manufacturer and designer of the shoe brand Verony for 30 years.
A few years ago we bought this beautiful building dating from 1880 to house our shoe boutique.
After first tackling the shopping area, and after approval of our renovation permit, we started the complete renovation and layout of the upper floors.
Literally everything has been removed and re-arranged. The ridge of the roof could be seen from the first floor.
Since we mainly carried out the work ourselves, it took about three years before we could receive our first guests.
We therefore hope that everyone who stays there will get the pleasant feeling in our homes as we have provided them.
