This new 4 bed / 3 bath modern luxury home sleeps 10 and is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Westin Hotel. Once you walk in the door you will know you made the right choice deciding to stay in this gorgeous home.

THE SPACE:
-The first floor has 10ft ceilings, an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances, full bath (walk in shower), 1 bedroom (queen), and large laundry room.
-The second floor has 3 large bedrooms (1 - king, 2 - queen, 3 - 2 queens) to easily accommodate a larger family or group.
-All 3 bathrooms are spacious and each has a double vanity.
-All hardwood floors throughout the home

LOCATION:
The house is conveniently located 1.5 blocks to the Westin hotel, 2 blocks to many restaurants (Fado's, Carpaccio's, Miss Shirley's, Paul's Homewood Cafe), 1 block to a convenience store and 2 blocks to a liquor store. This house is walking distance to downtown and 2 blocks to Park Place where you can pick up the free Circulator trolley that will take you around town. The Navy Stadium is about .5 mile away so it is about a 10 min walk or a 2 minute drive.

There are 2 parking spots in the driveway. There is also free on-street parking available.

Welcoming hosts and a well appointed home made this stay delightful! The kitchen really had everything we might need in quantities large enough for our party. The bedding and towels were of high quality and the house was exceptional and comfortably furnished. Perfect walking distance through safe neighborhoods to the stadium and driveway parking made this THE house for a Navy football weekend! Delicious restaurants within walking distance and easy access to downtown!

Better than we expected! Nice sized rooms, comfortable beds, overall cleanliness was excellent. Nicely stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, dinner plates, spices, etc). Just a few blocks from the downtown trolley. Short walk to the stadium.

Wedding trip

We stayed with our adult children, their significant others and elderly grandmother for our son’s wedding. This property was perfect! The downstairs bedroom and bath are perfect for anyone with mobility issues and unable to navigate stairs. The bathrooms were spacious and allowed plenty of space for getting ready for an event. Three spacious bedrooms upstairs. The huge, well stocked kitchen was great! Would 100% stay again!

Weekend stay for my son’s wedding

This house was perfection! Do not hesitate to rent here. The house had everything we needed even for my 11 month old grandchild! Lots of space and close to everything. Everything was easy !Thank you to the hosts!

Extended family visit

The rental was very clean and modern. We were a group of 8 with 3 couples and 2 brothers, so the sleeping setup was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed for a few home cooked breakfasts and nightly appetizers. Location, Location, Location....Another group of cousins and family had a rental 0.2 miles away. Quick mart right at the corner and an easy walk up to Pinky's Liquor store if you are running out of beer/wine/etc. In town for a Memorial & Celebration of Life...so while the reason we were all together was not the best, the accommodations were perfect for us.

Excellent Reunion House

We accommodated 3 couples and a single in this home for a reunion and the house and location were perfect. Plenty of room and bathrooms and a modern, upscale kitchen great room area made for a pleasant place to gather. Highly recommended for multiple couples or family.

Great place to stay while in Annapolis!

Our family of 7 stayed at this Annapolis rental home while in town for a family wedding. It is located just a few blocks from the Westin which was convenient for our family. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the grandparents & the other bedrooms located upstairs gave us plenty of room! The house is pretty new but in a well established neighborhood. Everything was clean & very nice. I appreciated the good communication with the owner. Great house to rent while in Annapolis!

Fabulous New Years!

Family belated Christmas celebration was fantastic, in large part due to this home. Excellent location to walk to town, very well appointed and stocked, so easy to be comfortable with a large group. Hosts were attentive and gracious. Couldn’t have been better!

Great House

This house is not only clean, well-stocked, but new and comfortable. Our family was there for one week over Thanksgiving to be with other family in the area. We enjoyed how spacious the kitchen/living room area was. I would not hesitate to rent this house again. Very responsive owner.

It is a gorgeous house in walking distance of virtually everything in Annapolis. It is a spotless place, tastefully furnished. There was ample space for a family of ten to enjoy. There was nothing to find fault with as the host was so efficient. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing, well-appointed house in Annapolis.

Perfect for wedding weekend!

I got married in Annapolis over Labor Day Weekend, and this was truly the perfect home base for me and my now-husband and some of our bridal party. It is extremely spacious and comfortable, with great lighting and an amazing kitchen!! Check-in was super easy. Would definitely come back!

Nice retreat!

The house is conveniently located. One day we set our on foot and walked all around Annapolis. It was nice that we didn't have to take a car everywhere
