END OF SUMMER RATES! Cozy cottage central location-Private patio-3 min to beach!

Discover this boutique-styled cottage and the white sandy beaches that make Anna Maria Island so famous. The Cottage is just 20 yards from the Gulf ocean and is one house off the beach as the crow flies.

A large open room with lots of sunlight will give your vacation the perfect vibe. The modern kitchen is fully loaded with a dishwasher, microwave, stove and a fridge...and of course there's an ice maker! Plus lots of storage for longer stays makes this cozy kitchen easy to enjoy.

The comfortable living room is a great place to chill. Wifi and television will also keep you occupied if you've had enough sun. Fans in the living and bedroom mean you can enjoy the perfect weather without sacrificing airflow. Naturally, if you like it cooler, AC is always available. Need extra sleeping room? The living room features a very comfortable pull-out couch for guests.

The bathroom has a tub for soaking and a marble-topped vanity as well as custom one-of-a kind touches. The clean, white fluffy towels are all 100% cotton and will give you that fresh hotel feel.

Your bedroom comes with a high-end king bed that's not too firm, not too soft, and comes with 450-thread count cotton sheets. The room offers bedside reading lamps, a large closet and private television.

Just think... when the waves pick up, you can hear the ocean from your private patio, which is a great place to relax all day when you're not out on the beach. Feeling like a BBQ? Kick on the grill and enjoy.

This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy time by the sea.

Your boutique chic, adorable cottage is just a 2-minute walk to coffee shops, the only late-night watering hole on the island, the local Walgreens, and a bike rental store so you never need to drive anywhere. But if you did want to head out, the free trolley that runs up and down the island makes getting around a cinch!

Lastly there is a washer & dryer located on the back of the property— this laundry area is shared by our two cottages (we have this "Sun Cottage" and a "Surf Cottage" which you can see on our website if you google Postcard Cottages AMI)

Perfect little cottage!

Picture perfect! I came down to relax and recharge my batteries and this cottage was the perfect place to do that! Within walking distance to a lot of different places and the beach! I loved everything about my stay! Thank you for your hospitality!

Cute and Cozy

Very nice place to stay, cozy and comfortable. Everything needed was provided. Walking distance to shops and cafes as needed. Loved it and hope to be back soon. Beach was nice and sand was soft and groomed daily which was nice too.

We loved everything about this little beach cottage . Beach decor , private patio, comfortable bed , all the comforts of home with a 2 min walk to the beach. Check in was easy and manager was always available via text , email or phone to answer questions .

First I wanted to say thanks for the fun place.They said it was a 3 minute walk to the beach, they were wrong, more like one. Easy walk. Great location to everything. Place looks just like you see. Bed was Fabulous and everything you need in kitchen. Will be back. Great beach location

Fantastic cottage!

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for my wife and I to enjoy Anna Maria Island. I was pleased that the owner was quick to respond to a couple questions I had before our arrival. It made for such a relaxing trip. The cottage itself was very clean, comfortable and well decorated, with a nice array of kitchen utensils and a great back patio. We really enjoyed the location as it was in between the busier areas of the island. It made for a beach that was not very crowded. It is an easy two minute walk to the beach, and the owners even have a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and floats. All you need for a day at the beach . The location also made for a short drive in either direction to see all the island has to offer. I would certainly stay here again.

The Sun Unit at Postcard Cottages was a perfect place to stay on Anna Maria Island. Close to the beach and the gorgeous sunsets! Private yet convenient to everything! Immaculate and comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful!

As always, was a pleasure staying at your property! We arrived shortly after the hurricane, and although we had no power for a few days, we were still able to check in. The house was clean, well stocked, and perfect in every way. There was some damage outside from the hurricane, which was fixed promptly! Our coffee pot was not working properly, and we had a new one on our steps the next morning! Communication with host was always answered right away. We love this place and can't wait to book for next year!

Ideal for my quick getaway

I needed a few days of peace and quiet. I live locally but love my local beaches so much that I often take little getaways throughout the year. This was my first time staying and it was really nice. I love the decor because I was inside a lot and appreciate having pretty artworks to look at. I actually did watch a lot of TV while studying and the TV was nice and had Roku with all my streaming services and also in the bedroom but no streaming in there. The wifi was normal and worked for my online classes and stuff. The kitchen was stocked with nice dishes and everything I needed except any extra spices. Prior tenants have left behind salt and pepper. Check the closets and under the sinks, because there are extra items you can use such as oven mitts in the kitchen and left-behind stuff in the bathroom like body wash or sunblock in case you are in a pinch. Not every place has that and I appreciated it. The towels and blankets and bedding was all soft clean and cozy. A/C worked great. I was there in September and it was extraordinarily hot outside. It didn't rain but I was surprised by that since it's rainy season . The house was impeccably clean and tidy and fresh. I loved the outdoor shower in the back and the hose in the front. I constantly hose my feet, another really nice feature for Florida. There are several ways to walk to the beach. The house provides some older beach chairs and even a wagon, this is nice. I had my own stuff. I found that walking out the front, turning right at the stop sign and accessing the beach from that public beach access location to be the quickest and easiest way to get there. Takes maybe 2 minutes to walk that way. You can't see or hear the water, until you walk to the beach, at least I couldn't. The outdoor space is clean and very tastefully landscaped, I loved it.. The laundry is shared with the other cottage and they would need to walk through your back patio area to get to it. I would have preferred to have curtains on that side of the house for that reason. I used clothespins that I brought to hang a sarong as a curtain on the back door. It was sufficiently dark in the bedroom

Couples/Retirement Getaway

Postcard cottage was adorable! It was decorated delightfully in a beach theme with such happy colors and fun artwork. Jojo was very kind and responded quickly to communication emails. It truly was only a minute from the beach, with a pathway back through a gate that made you feel like you were in a very tropical place. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded… we even saw dolphins two of our days on the beach. It was magical to be walking along the beach, or in the water swimming, watching them at play and feeding time. Seafood lovers that we are, we ate at a different place each evening and enjoyed luscious seafood dishes each place we went, including The Feast, Seafood Shack, Ugly Grouper, Starfish Company, and Wicked Cantina. A visit to The Green Turtle was a fun stop for finding some t-shirts, hats, flip-flops and other little treasures. The ladies working in there were so kind and helpful. Finally, we indulged in a “couples massage” at “Sea-renity” with Amanda and Caitlin, and they were wonderful! Knots in muscles we’d had forever, are gone! It was magical! This trip was everything we hoped it would be🥰☀️🎉
