Welcome to our newly remodeled 2beds/1bath 1/2 of the duplex, just short walk (3-5min)to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This duplex is located on a very quiet street.

Combine with the other half you can have 4 beds/2bath ! VRBO ID#2582850

Everything in this unit is brand new, new bathrooms, new flooring, new kitchen, furniture…
The fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, full size oven, induction cooktop, wine cooler coffeemaker, toaster and everything else that you may need for your cooking.
Open plan living room with a 60inch smart TV and also Apple TV has and a queen size sleeper sofa that offers extra sleeping options. Plenty of games for your kids for the warm island nights. Free WIFI through the entire place.
If you like to sit outside and BBQ, a gas grill is available on the outside patio as well as dining table and a comfortable sofa. Double lounge bed.
The Master bedroom with the king size bed, smart Tv
2nd bedroom with a twin sized bed.
Washer and dryer is located in the unit.
We provide beach towels , beach chairs, umbrellas, cart.

We are pet friendly for additional fee.

Great Experience

Our stay in Holmes Beach was fantastic!The home was everything we had hoped for and just feet away from the beautiful beach. We will definitely return again!

Great Beach Location

The property was exactly as listed and was a very short walk to the beach. The fenced in yard was a great feature for our kids to play in as well.

Convenient Beach. Vacation

Nicely decorated and furnished. Highlight is the outdoor deck. Kitchen, bath, and second bedroom are quite small, but adequate for a brief stay.

Cute place!

We had a great stay! We enjoyed having dinner on the patio, but also being close to restaurants and evening ice cream runs. Very close to the beach and we used the provided beach chairs every day. Super clean and cute! Highly recommend!

Best Location on the Island!

Immaculate unit on the corner of 2 quiet streets, one block from the Gulf. The only thing missing was our passwords to our various TV subscriptions!

Great little apartment; walk to Anna Maria Island beach.

In general, duplex (B) was exactly what we were looking for for family of 4 (two small kids). It was walking distance (3mins) to the beach on AMI. For the most part, everything is there (missing BBQ cooking utensils, missing some kitchen stuff if you want to cook).

Great Location

My son and father had a great stay here. The only real down side is that there are no dresser in either bedroom. You are able to hang your items up but no where to put anything else. A dresser or closet organizer would be a great addition. They really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio, it is fully shaded and quiet. The location of the house is great- short walk to the beach and a great central location to everything else. They enjoyed their stay and would be happy to go back.

Small comfort

Small duplex with very nice side deck for sitting out or eating this time of year. Very frustrating induction stove that we could not figure out how to work, and TV does not provide for local station viewing.

Perfect walk to the beach

We just completed our vacation at this home/unit. It was perfect for our family, 2 adults and 2 small children. It would feel more crowded if there were more people, just fyi. It had everything we needed and the host provided a few of each item to get us started like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, lotion, etc. Also there was plenty of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We didn’t need to bring our own. They also have a good beach wagon, 3 beach chairs, 2 smaller umbrellas and one big one, and plenty of beach toys. We really enjoyed our stay. The highlight was definitely how close the home was to the beach! The walk was 3 minutes to the beach, and that’s at a 4 year olds pace haha. My kids also loved the kids games provided at the home which helped us out while we prepared food and they played games. There is a washer and dryer, but do expect that it’s a smaller one for smaller loads.

Super cute condo

This is our 4th visit to AMI. This condo has a Super cute island vibe feel. Decor was detailed right down to the matching grill! Backyard is the best we've had on AMI. Communication with owner was smooth and attentive. The appliances were smaller versions, but really that's all a two bedroom really needs. There is no ice maker, but if you buy a bag of ice you can put it in the bottom of fridge. One really good plus was the drink/wine fridge. So much room for cold drinks. We've never had that before and loved it. Beach equipment is old and falling apart so bring your own, but there were so many blankets, pillows, towels and everything else we needed. Super cute swings out front! Highly recommend this condo.

A great stay

Our family had a great time. Just the right distance from the beach. The locals were so nice. One of our favorites was the Ugly Grouper and Vinny’s Pizza. So many nice things about our stay. The house is cute and 60’s beach themed. No problems at all.

Small and charming duplex

Perfect for a couple. We also brought our dogs. The kitchen appliances are small but perfect. Fyi, the fence is around the whole house so you share it with the dupelx next door and there is a gap where the door of the gate is. Was not an issue for our dogs. My only complaint is the lawn people showed up at 8:30 on Saturday morning as we were trying to pack up to leave and then opened the gate to mow the back, luckily our dogs did not run out and we waited for them to finish so we could load up our car. Seemed like an odd time to come knowing people would have been trying to leave. The place is very cute and I still give it five stars as I think this was the lawn crew not the rental people. The place had a wagon, chairs, noodles, cooler, beach towels and we bought a beach umbrella that we left for the next people to use. Cinder block so we never heard our neighbors and only two blocks to the beach crossing one road. A very easy walk! Enjoy.

66th street Holmes Beach cute retro

Everything was perfect. The place is adequately stocked and very clean. It is so convenient to everything - restaurants, shopping, gulf and bay sides. I was not familiar with the oven but I located the owners manual and it was very simple to use after I got the information.

Lovely lovely unit

This is a very lovely unit and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed: large screen tv in living room and smaller tv in master bedroom (king-size bed!), fenced in yard, well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels and linens. I have given this place 5 stars for all the above. One thing that concerned me though was the slippery shower floor which I checked in with the property manager about. I was worried that me or my husband could fall. But no rubber shower mat was ever brought over to the unit so we were left to our own devices on solving that potential issue (shower shoes!).

Christmas Getaway

Cute place. Everything was brand new. My daughter's had a wonderful time. Great location. Close to the beach. Other than the coffee maker not working everything was perfect. Would definitely rent it again.

Cute place!

The duplex is super cute and clean. It’s about a block away from the beach so definitely within walking distance. The duplex was very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
