Enjoy the beautiful Colorado scenery while relaxing on the covered deck, or hit the trial just behind the house for a jog and you might even spot some ducklings! With 5 bedrooms, space to sleep 10 people, an office with a printer and lots of lounging space, accompanied by TVs in every room, poker table, drum set, piano and lots of games... This home has it all!

**No parties or events. Contact host for any special requests or amenities.

**Weekly maintenance on the exterior of the house must be performed by our staff. Booking this property means you agree to allow our lawn care/ maintenance staff to be on site for exterior yard/sidewalk/driveway care.

Great location

This house was very comfortable, great location in a quiet neighborhood. The view of Pikes peak was awesome. Great property for a large family group. The porch was added outdoor space

House hunting trip

My wife and I rented this place to get the feel of this part of town as we plan to move here from out of state. The place was clean and the owner helped us out with a few things when we needed. Would stay here again.

Girls Vacation

We stayed there for 5 days. The place was great. Lots of room. It was very clean. We used the hot tub every night. It felt so good after a long day of sight seeing. The location was convenient only 30 minutes from Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Had a few questions that were answered right away. We would surely stay here again.

Nice location but number of beds is slightly misleading

We really enjoyed our stay, however, the 5 bedrooms did not all have beds and they counted an air mattress as a queen bed to sleep in. Luckily we were able to make it work, but we likely would not have selected it had we known there were only enough real beds to sleep 9 people. Everything was very clean and the location was nice. Quiet neighborhood as well.

Terrible

This property had multiple issues. The pool table and foosball table are both not operational due to being unlevel. The hot tub smelled awful yet they advertised weekly cleaning. We were there for a week and saw nothing of that sort. There were missing showerheads in the master bathroom. Would not recommend.

Wonderful view, cheery atmosphere!

I would say that this is an excellent home for almost anyone. However, the steps in the front and garage makes it a poor choice for ADA clients. In addition, the upstairs master shower and toilet area was much too small. The central hallway doorway would not allow a normal wheelchair to enter, much less a slightly larger one. Nevertheless, it should suit someone well who has normal circumstances. One last thing. The deck entry curtains are problematic to operate. Also they appear to need cleaning . Thanks for your gracious hospitality!

Nice home

Nice house. Owners suite had more than enough room but larger beds were expected in other bedrooms( day beds & twin). 2 level deck was nice but the upper deck is the selling point. Beautiful views of mountains while you dine, relax or entertain!! Overall comfortable stay + the location to all sites & shopping was unexpected benefit.

Perfect location! Beautiful view! Spacious for all 10 of us!

The property was perfect for our group. The deck was a great place to hang out and have our morning coffee. We also had plenty of room for pizza/game night too. It was a good location for Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Cave of Winds and Air Force Academy. We all hope to meet in Colorado Springs again!

Great location and home!

This home was great for our group. Located close to many activities we had no trouble getting around. The home was clean and comfortable and the outdoor seating was awesome! Lots of extras like shampoo and kitchen utensils and supplies made it easy! Also communication with the manager was easy and timely.

Great Stay!

The property was just as described and we loved it!! The hot tub was great, and we loved using the game table. The view was AMAZING!!! We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

We had all the room we needed and they furnished several extras we didn't expect! (snacks, food in the pantry and fridge, toilet paper and other paper products!) A couple of suggestions for your comfort! Downstairs was really cold and there was no thermostat to adjust the temp so hot blooded people need to plan on staying downstairs and cold blooded upstairs! Only one restroom downstairs so one couple had to use the restroom upstairs to have their own bathroom. Very nice home for a large family staying together!

This vacation rental was good. We needed to have access before check in and needed an extra hour to check out and management accommodated. The things that I would say need some improvement would be having a window treat that would allow the blockage of day light for sleeping. Extra towels and blankets would have also been nice. The downstairs furniture needs to be cleaned. Our stay was good and we had a wonderful time.

Great views & beautiful neighborhood

I booked this location for a couple of days for a group of 7 and Gabrielle was very accommodating & responsive. We loved the neighborhood the location was a perfect mixture of nature and city. The house was clean and very pretty. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and she recently put in a new card table. Would definitely book again :)

Highly recommend - perfect place to stay especially with kids!

This place is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I stayed here with our three kids (all 5 and under) and it was perfect for us. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. This made things so convenient for us! They supplied shampoo/conditioner and body wash for all bathrooms, trash bags, paper goods/plastic utensils andcoffee. I could honestly go on and on with the amount of things provided for us. The house was clean and very organized. The host was very responsive and quick. We will absolutely be staying here again! It provided us some awesome family time memories!!! Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!
