Our host was very helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated his salting abd shoveling the outside steps following th heavier than expected overnight snow. The lodging was charming and cozy. We hope yo return sometime.

Wonderful stay. Centrally located. Small garden apartment in a historic house. Cute neighborhood with historic houses. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our small dog. Parking in a reserved space across the small street. Fully stocked small kitchen was great for cooking our own meal on the grill one night.

Small apartment in a great location. Five minute walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck overlooking the large yard and trees. Stream was barely noticeable. It was quiet except when the New Hope train was running. Several steep concrete steps down to apt. Uneven floors in living room that need repair.. Nice walk-in shower. A bit dated furnishings, bed was comfortable, small but well stocked functional kitchen. Owners were friendly.

A quaint and quiet place close to Main Street

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this property! It is right in the heart of New Hope, yet it's a quiet and pleasant neighborhood to hang out in after touring the amazing shops and enjoying the fine dining that is just a few blocks away. We hope to come back to stayon our next visit!

A nice quiet retreat with a beautiful view in the back amazing tree grown property that borders on the small river with a fire pit by it beautiful view the inside of the apartment was very comfortable for me and my dog Sue nice little kitchen and living area the TV had great connections as did the Wi-Fi The owners of the property live next-door and they immediately took care of any concerns I had like fixing the gate so my dog couldn’t get out into the street overall an excellent retreat very close to downtown new Hope just a short walk to the restaurant in theater and the Delaware river

Fantastic

Everything was great for a 2 night stay for my friend and I. ( Could have definitely stayed longer) It was great for the 2 of us but sleeper sofas add 2 more people. Brand new bathroom and kitchen. Fantastic deck to have our coffee on in the morning and wine in the evening. AC worked great. Comfortable bed.Very private and quiet wooded back yard w large lawn. The train did pass one time over stream.Pretty flower garden. Parking space across street was perfect- no street parking despite being in town. There are stairs to get to the apartment which is on lower level- could be an issue for someone w mobility issues but no problem for us. Great location, restaurants. Literally a block from the playhouse and river. Saw a great show and even lucky enough to be there for the fireworks display!Shopping great in Lambertville and Peddlers Village.Elliot was fantastic to work with. Communicated immediately. Gave so many fantastic recommendations for great restaurants and activities. Odettes restaurant fantastic if looking for an upscale experience.We hope to return again next year or even sooner! Thank you!

We all loved the location, it was so convenient to Downtown and just across over the Bridge to Lambertville. The home was clean and has everything you would ever need. Excellent property for a small family. Great spot for dogs as well! Everything was clean, and Elliot was responsive to every question amd request. If we come back, we are definitely staying here.

Comfortable and Unique Dwelling in a Great Location

Stayed two nights with our small dog in this pleasant and nicely situated apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable, well appointed and just quirky enough to feel like a stay in a close friend or relative’s unique property. We didn’t make much use of the exterior space due to weather constraints, but the house sits on a very interesting lot that backs up to a pleasant creek. Best of all was the location, nearly perfect for enjoying New Hope’s many attractions. Elliot is an excellent host and was highly communicative from the initial booking experience through to our arrival and beyond. Check-in was easy and house rules and area recommendations were clearly communicated. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would return in the future if the opportunity arose.

Convenient for walking to everything in New Hope & Lambertville. Hosts were friendly, accommodating and had EXCELLENT recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Extremely dog friendly, our pup gives it 5 paws up. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Always an exceptional stay!

Every time I stay at this fantastic home, I have a wonderful time. Location cannot be beat, a few minute walk gets you to the best of New Hope and Lambertville. The house is truly exceptional; sparkling clean, superior amenities and has all of the cozy charm one would hope for from an historic period home. A must visit!

Quaint Cottage in the heart of New Hope

Perfect location

This cozy apt is in a perfect location.We came with our dog and it worked out very well. Easily walkable to all the restaurants and the Bucks County Theater. Exactly as pictured. Please note that while not an issue for us, this may be a challenge for anyone with ambulation concerns. The garden apt is down a flight of stairs from street level. In addition the bedroom and bathroom are a step up from the living room. The bathroom is on the same level as the bedroom. The outdoor patio was pleasant and serene. In summary I would recommend this property for a visit to New Hope Pa.
