Esta es una casa nueva terminada en junio de 2015. Son seis habitaciones duermen 18. Cuenta con dos dormitorios principales con baño en suite en el nivel principal. Con cinco baños, una gran cocina moderna y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para ocho más, es ideal para grandes grupos familiares.

La casa tiene tres plantas con habitaciones y baños en cada nivel. La planta baja tiene una sala de juegos con múltiples controles deslizantes que se abren a un 32 pies por 16 pies de patio, el patio trasero está abierto y perfecto para varios deportes y juegos. Tiene un pozo de fogata y un pozo de herradura.

La casa tiene aire acondicionado central, una chimenea de gas, y un gran porche cerrado. las puestas de sol desde la terraza o el patio son hermosos de ver.

Meredith playa pública se encuentra a sólo 700 yardas por la calle. El centro de Meredith es 1 y 1/4 de milla de distancia y es un paseo fácil a los restaurantes, tiendas y bares ubicados allí.

We had a family wedding to attend for a 3 day weekend. Everything was great. The beds were uncomfortable, mattresses need to be updated. The house had the perfect amount of space. Location was perfect!

Fun visit to Meredith!

We had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and all the kid supplies were an unexpected surprise! Not only was there a high chair, there was a big bin of toys, board games and we were offered a pack n play! The house worked well for the big extended family and friends that came. Michael was responsive via email and stopped by to make sure that we had enough propane. Having the washer and dryer, there meant that we were able to know to wash our sheets before we went home, which was a bonus. Thank you!

Great house in a great location

Great home with a lot of room in an amazing location! There were 7 of us in the home and had more than enough room and never felt crowded which is ideal for a week long stay. The backyard is huge and backs right up to the forest. There’s also a fire pit that we used at night to relax and enjoy the gorgeous nights. The home is conveniently located a short walk away from Lake Waukewan if you are looking for a little more secluded lake area with minimal people or a very short drive to Lake Winnipesaukee and Weirs Beach. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and fun things to do (putt putt golf, arcades, boat rentals, etc). We had such an amazing time at this home and in Meredith that this may become a new July 4 tradition. Will definitely be checking this homes availability when we visit in the future.

Great spot!

My friends and I go away every year for the weekend. This was a PERFECT spot, super clean, cozy, and we were blown away by how well stocked with appliances and utensils the kitchen was for a rental. It was absolutely perfect as a gathering spot. We weren't sure how many of us there would be in total, we ended up with six of us, so we each got a HUGE bedroom. There is so much space and it is a beautifully kept up home.

Great getaway

This was a great place for our group of 12 friends. Plenty of room for everyone to be together. We had some great meals,relaxed at night,did a bit of sightseeing in town and enjoyed the amenities the house offered.

Great house, lots of room

Great house for our family of three households, 8 people total. Lots of space, plenty of beds and bathrooms, nice kitchen with all the utensils and pans you might need, great fridge and dishwasher, good washer and dryer, air conditioning worked well. Great stay!

Nice large house

This house is really suited for large groups as the bedrooms are large with many beds. In addition the backyard is huge and perfect for children. Mike was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Our family thinks it would be perfect for the holidays.

Family get together

Amazing location for a family vacation

The Meredith house was very spacious and very well equipped. We celebrated my mother’s 60th birthday and did quite a lot of cooking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. Michael and Robert also keep a ton of games and toys which kept my toddler busy. We were minutes away from Weirs Beach, one of our favorite beaches to visit when we visit Laconia. I highly recommend this house for families and large groups.

Perfect escape!

My husband and I rented Mike's home to celebrate my 30th birthday. The house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for! The bedrooms were huge and it was nice staying with 10 people and having plenty of bathrooms. Everything is top of the line and it was great grilling in the back and playing yard games all day long. We would love to stay again!

Absolutely fantastic

Property super close to Church Landing where we were all attending a wedding. We had an absolute blast and it was big enough to house us all. Was able to provide a pack n play and had toys for the little ones to play with (which we were super grateful for). Gorgeous property and owner great at responding to inquiries when needed and being patient with us and our million questions. Fantastic!

Owner very nice and response. Great location. Needed to bring sheets and towels which I didn’t see when I booked it. Could have been my fault I overlooked it. Mattress and pillows fair.

Beautiful home

This house was definitely better then I could have imagined! It was huge. My family of 12 fit perfectly! Mike was amazing with gettimg back to us with any issues we had. The area was beautiful. We went fishing and swimming down the road. The yard was huge and great for the kids to burn energy. We would definitely rent this place again. We been looking for a house to do this every year and i think we found our place!

Girls Weekend 2022

We had a group of 11 ladies(was going to be 14). The house was open and had lots of space for us to all enjoy ourselves .We enjoyed the patio and the sunroom. Having the firepit was great we loved sitting by the fire in the evening. It fit our group well and we all voted to come back for 2023 if we can get it. Mike was great , we messaged him the coffee pot was not working properly and he was at the door with a new one so everyone could have their morning coffee.

Friendsgiving weekend

4 couples stayed over thanksgiving weekend. To celebrate a few birthdays. As soon as we opened the door we commented on how The house was extremely clean and smelled fresh. There were plenty of items to use to start out stay. The queen beds in each room were perfect and multiple bathroom made it easy for everyone to have their privacy. The family kitchen area was perfect for us to spend time together and we all had plenty of room. While we had no children with us this trip, we are all parents and there would have been plenty of space for them to play. Since it so so cold we were not able to enjoy relaxing outdoors but the yard was nice. We gladly will recommend and stay again. Looking forward to a spring trip and possibly making this a yearly weekend vacation.

House and rooms are bigger than they look!

We were a party of 4 couples and 2 singles attending a wedding at Church Landing, only a 4-minute drive away. The number of bedrooms allowed everyone their own space. The house is spacious; plenty of room in each bedroom for a pack-n-play, if needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Enclosed sunroom is very lovely, although we did not use it since it was very hot and humid. Air conditioning worked great! Large backyard but might not be conducive to little bare feet. Plenty of parking. Mike was very easy to work with and accommodated our request for early check in, which was great since we had 3 groomsmen and 1 bridesmaid in our party that needed to be at the rehearsal by 4 pm. I would definitely recommend this property.

The second most unique benefit is the proximity to the town center and the public beach, which you walk past as you take an easy stroll into town for a little shopping, or just an ice cream cone at Ben and Jerry's.
