Welcome to Beach Times & Tee Times located in Sandpiper Bay's Sunset Village Community. Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach get-away or to spend your days at one of the 30 golf courses within a 20 mile radius, your ideal vacation awaits!

This 2nd floor, two bedroom, two bathroom coastal themed condo will welcome you with vaulted ceilings, open concept floorplan, Lanai with canal views, and all of the essentials you will need for the perfect home away from home.

The great room features an oversized sofa and loveseat, 55" flat screen HD TV with DVD player, cable and free internet connectivity and tasteful coastal decor. Enjoy the movie collection, cards, games and puzzles for evening or anytime entertainment!

The spacious Master bedroom features a King size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV with cable and private access to the Lanai.

The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV with cable/DVD player and side by side access to the unit's 2nd full size bathroom with shower/bathtub combo. The fold up twin bed will provide comfortable accommodations to sleep your 5th guest.

The kitchen is fully stocked to provide all of your daily cooking/dining needs, 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker and full size washer and dryer.

Exterior amenities include 2 swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court, outdoor grills and bicycle racks. Also be sure to schedule your tee time at Sandpiper Bay's 27 hole golf course designed by Dan Maples and enjoy a meal in the Clubhouse at Piper's Bar & Grill.

Sandpiper Bay is conveniently located only 3.2 miles from Sunset Beach, 7.9 from Ocean Isle Beach and a short 20 minute drive to North Myrtle Beach.

Condo is exceptionally clean and well appointed. All appliances are in great condition. The condo is quiet and very comfortable. It overlooks a large pond presenting a nice view. Location is perfect, easy to get to everything in the Sunset Beach/Calabash area. Thanks for the opportunity to share your wonderful place.

This is our third time at the condo. It’s just lovely, super clean and beautifully decorated. The owner is very generous with supplying paper goods and always leaves a bag of goodies for guests. I highly recommend this lovely condo to spend your vacation. It’s also quite close to the beach.

We had such a great stay at this at beach time and tee time! The place was decorated perfectly! Super cute and coastal without being over the top. As soon as we walked in, my kids were so excited, they were literally running from room to room checking everything out. Check-in was a breeze, and the whole place was spotless and really well taken care of. Everything felt tidy, cozy, and just easy. It was the perfect spot for a little beach getaway. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful first visit to Sunset Beach

We were pleased and impressed with our accommodations at Sunset Village. It was clean, attractive, plenty of space/room for 2 people, and well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and we were visiting over the July 4th holiday. We would recommend to others and would stay again. Thank you Lisa for your lovely home.

Comfortable and clean

Proximity to my sister's condo made this the perfect place to stay during Thanksgiving week. Lisa has decorated the condo in a pleasing palette of color with tasteful artwork. The kitchen is well organized, providing all implements needed to make a turkey meal. The mattress is very comfortable with quality linens. Most importantly every area was immaculate which was greatly appreciated by us. We look forward to our next stay!!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed another wonderful vacation here! The condo is beautiful and clean with updated flooring throughout, updated master bathroom, and new shelves in the pantry. The host is very responsive to all questions and so welcoming!

Great Vacation Area

We’ve vacationed at Sunset Beach for several years. Our condo was the best! It’s clean, well stocked, and just a few miles from the beach. We’ve stayed there twice and will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Beautiful, super clean condo

The condo is just as it is pictured. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. The owner is very responsive for any issues that arise. The complex is also very nice and immaculately maintained. It’s only a short drive to several beach options. It is a second floor unit with only stair access for anyone with mobility issues. It wasn’t an issue for us. Highly recommend!

Quiet and Convenient

The condo was easy to find and was as described. Convenient to Sunset Beach, Calabash, and North Myrtle Beach. Beds we’re comfortable, shower pressure good, loved watching the turtles in the sun on the bank of the waterway that runs between condos. Internet was great for working remote and hubby enjoyed the TV.
