Nice location, but disappointing

Photos showed what were clearly swivel recliners but they had been disabled. The deciding factor in our selection of this property was having the recliners because I use a CPAP machine. Very disappointed!Also, the pictures showed a reverse osmosis water purifier. However, the system did not work. I emailed the manager and got no response.The guide sheet encouraged the use of the kitchen and bathroom fans as needed. However, the bathroom fan did not work.The location was wonderful. The weather was terrific. The experience not so much.

Beautiful spot

Our family had a terrific time at this lovely home. The unit ended up being bigger than we even expected. The view of the sunset from the home and balcony was stunning. The access to the beach is just literally steps away. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

This is our first time at Pajara Dunes. The condo could not have been better Clean and very well equipped. The view was absolutely fabulous and definately the best part of our stay!!!!

Highly recommend

Peaceful and relaxing. You can’t beat the location. Just sit, watch, and listen to the ocean. Perfect set up with comfy chairs facing the view for your morning coffee and evening wine. Will be coming back!

Relaxing

Nice place, clean and can’t beat the location. Entrance to the beach was right next to the unit. Listened to the ocean waves all day and night. Close to stores and places to eat, if you don’t feel like cooking. Quiet and private, we enjoyed our stay. It was me, husband and our 11 year old nephew. The sofa bed was inoperable but they provided a rollaway, which was hard to fit anywhere so my nephew slept on the couch, which he didn’t mind at all. Luckily we brought extra blankets and a sheet although they do provide it. Like always we dread leaving our vacations along the coast. We will keep this property in mind for the future. Oh and little note. My husband loves to bbq. The bbq pit was rusty and didn’t look too good to even cook food in. I’m sure some might put down foil or something but it just didn’t look safe. The propane tank was even rusty and we didn’t want to risk anything.

Can’t beat this Ocean View location!

We came here for my 40th birthday celebration and it’s such an Incredible ocean view from the livingroom and bedroom that you just can’t beat. It looks right over the dunes to the ocean. We watched whales and dolphins for two hours one morning as they fed!! Bring binoculars it’s so perfect for spying on ocean life! Balcony looks directly onto the dunes and ocean. Perfect for sunset views! We went on the beach and had a bonfire both nights and LOVED watching sunset with a fire and blankets wrapped around us. The bed was comfortable. The TV in the bedroom is sitting really low so you can't really watch tv from bed without a crook in your neck. It needs to be hung from the wall or placed up higher. We ended up going back out in the livingroom to watch tv because it wasn't convenient. The kitchen was GREAT and had everything we needed. The look and feel of the condo is instagram worthy and full of little places that are cute and remind you you're at the beach. The couch is the most uncomfortable couch I've ever sat on. We couldn't even lay down on it it was so uncomfortable. It's a pull out bed, but it is breaking and not entirely usable. Springs on the sides are pulling apart and not all connected. The couch is very stained and not a good piece for the place but I didn't care because we chose this location for the beach access and awesome view. This location is a bird sanctuary and it was so fun to walk around the little pond and see all the wildlife, etc.

Lovely Getaway

Clean, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Loved the beautiful, peaceful view out the windows to the bay. A little off the beaten path but a perfect getaway spot!

Great place

Such a nondescript location for such a magical little place. Comfortable and well-placed right by the beach. Close enough to all the tourist attractions to see everything the area has to offer. But also a quiet, beautiful oasis away from the crowds to lay on the sand and enjoy the ocean waves. Our family had a wonderful time. Our kids made lifelong memories and the looks on their faces when they saw the ocean just meters away was priceless. The condo is probably best suited for two, but our tween-aged children shared the living room happily. The bed in the bedroom was so plush — more comfortable than our mattress at home. And the sound of waves outside is the perfect white noise to lull you to sleep. We hope to return again!

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect spot to get away for a relaxing long weekend. The beach is prestine and the views from the condo were wonderful. It was so nice to open the slider doors and listen to the waves. Such a comfortable place to stay.

Birthday Retreat

Pros and Cons

The location of this unit is perfect, being the closest to the stairs down to the beach. But unfortunately it smells like cat pee, and my son got cat hair on him, and he's allergic. Mgmt offered another unit, but it didn't have the view or sofa bed, so we had to decline. There was a broken toaster, and another that wouldn't fit a slice of bread. We normally rent another unit but it wasn't available. This was a big disappointment.

We have been going to Pajaro Dunes for the last 6 years and this property was fantastic! The property was clean with modern upgrades. The bed and sofa pull-out were very cozy. Super easy check-in and the owners quickly texted back when I had a question. We would definitely stay again!
