My family and I had a very relaxing stay. We absolutely loved the views from the big windows. We walked the beach every day, found shells, played pickleball and the kids (ages 13 and 9) even played in the ocean - in November!

Lovely location. Well appointed. Comfy beds. Couldn’t ask for more really. One of the sinks was draining slowly but we didn’t spend much time in the condo so we worked around it and let management know when we left.

Great View

Location has an excellent view from the living room and balcony. Bedrooms and furniture are nice. Pictures make it appear a little nicer than it is, but it's not bad. Deck leading to front door is getting questionable. Kitchen appliances and utensils are not the best if you plan on cooking much. Toiletries and towels leave much to be desired. Pretty nice overall, but it did not quite reach expectations for the premium paid.

Amazing property, super clean. They have everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and throughout! Really comfy and homey place. Staff in office for checkin are amazing! Really easy beach access from every building! We will stay again

Beautiful all around

We have stayed in various units in this complex area, lovely area, beautiful beach and quiet. Only thing I’d add for this unit is better curtains in the bedrooms, very sheer.

Pajaro dunes is a beautiful resort. Lots of trees and the beach is full of sand dollars. Staff at check in and in the shop are informative and kind. There is also security at the entrance which is comforting. The area is off the beaten path but close to bigger cities. We had a great time!

Peaceful Pajaro

Pajaro Dunes is a very peaceful area. The condo was clean, fully supplied with everything we needed, comfortable, fantastic view and we even saw a baby seal down on the beach one morning! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nicely situated between Santa Cruz and Monterrey

The property is as advertised in the pictures, the staff responsive to the needs. The road to the resort is difficult, especially if you are arriving at night with no lighting. However, the overall stay was enjoyable.

Fabulous Condo!

This was our 3rd stay at this condo. It is beautifully remodeled and has an amazing view. Very convenient to the beach and quiet.

Wonderful stay

Very clean and relaxing place to stay. And you can't beat the view, it's gorgeous! This place is on the 3rd floor,but is very easy access. And it's maybe 1 minute max to the beach - it's just steps away. There is carpet throughout FYI, so if you're thinking of bringing messy little ones I would recommend no spaghetti. :) We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Condo!

We LOVED our stay and found this condo perfect for all our needs. It was well stocked with everything we needed, had super comfortable furniture and beds, and an amazing view! Pajaro Dunes is one of my favorite places and it was a perfect stay for our family. We also hope to rent this condo again!!

Nice Quiet Getaway

Nice quiet place to relax away from crowds. Beach was steps away and had plenty of space to spread out. Property was well maintained and was a top floor unit with ocean views and comfortable beds. The complex is a bit far from amenities and attractions so if you need to buy meals or want to go places it will be a drive. It’s also a farming community and we got stuck behind slow moving tractors a few times. But if you’re just staying there most of the time it’s fine. Not sure if it’s VRBO, the complex itself, or the owner, but all the fees tagged onto the nightly rate accounted for almost half of the total cost of the stay. It’s all stated up front so not a surprise but it’s still a lot. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

Checking in girls at counter are unfriendly and unwelcoming. When entering the condo there was a foul smell and stains throughout the carpet and on stools and benches. All the fabrics are light beige and carpet is gray. When I went to front desk to explain the unit was not clean they handed me a can of air freshener and a can of Lysol spray . They sent a girl to spot clean stains that clearly needed steam cleaning. We never received a call from management my husband two days later went in to speak to a manager and he promised to reimburse us for our inconvenience. We still have not seen a credit. I would have preferred a clean unit. The manager did sent us a gift basket only because my husband mentioned it was our Wedding anniversary! I planned this trip months in advance only to be terrible disappointed with the conditions we walked into.

Love this spot!

Was better then we expected and we really loved being able to watch the whales, sea lions and dolphins from the living room! Appreciates access to the beach supplies and made awesome Memories around our beach bonfire!

Relaxing Stay At The Beach

We love this unit and hope to come back to it every year. It's so comfortable and well-stocked and is perfect for our family of 4. The view is incredible and being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean can't be beat. It was also amazing to be at the beach on Labor Day weekend and not be on top of other people - the beaches just a few hundred feet away were totally packed. The staff at Pajaro Dunes is awesome and takes such good care of you when you're there.

Excellent!!

This is our "go to" spot when we want to hear the waves from the balcony and enjoy the beach. It's tucked away and gated so no one is there that doesn't have to be. We've been staying there for some years now and have never been disappointed!! Try it!

Beautiful Property

We took a much needed break with our two kids at this beautiful property. The condo is well updated and very clean. The beach is an easy 3 minute walk. Although this condo is on the 3rd floor (which makes it feel very private and quiet), there is a ramp until you reach the final flight of steps (ie, not 3 flights of steps) The views from the common rooms are fantastic! I am from CA and spend lots of time at the beach. What I like about this one is that there are very few people, calm waves suitable for children, very wide and long beach for walks, and amazing sunsets. We visited in November and the weather was great all week. We would definitely spend time here again. Thank you!

Great vacation spot

This is a beautiful, updated property in Pajaro dunes. It was perfect for our family of 4. Previous reviews mention the master bed being hard. Something must have been changed as it was amazing. There is a memory foam topper on the bed and it feels like you are sinking into a cocoon. Our stay was literally the best nights of sleep I have had in years. Couch is awesome. It is oversized and was comfortable for the entire family to sit on and enjoy a movie. Loved it so much I am looking for a similar size one to update our house. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Loved the gas grill on the deck. Nice size to BBQ for all of us. Nice to have as an option as there was a power outage one evening while we were there. The gas grill allowed us to cook dinner without missing a beat. Overall we loved this property. Even with being on the third floor it was not difficult for my husband with MS to access given the ramps available. We will definitely be back. Thank you for renting to us!

Incredible, cozy stay.

We love this place so much! We will forever come back to this exact unit. The views are insane and the updates are perfect. The kitchen was fantastic and well-equipped for cooking for our family of 4 and there is a grill on the deck for easy dinners. Overall it was great for kids and great for beach days. We just loved it.
