Close to the sea, located between the Bay of Audierne and the Bay of Douarnenez, in a hamlet, country house with enclosed garden of 1700 m2.

House on two floors with :
ground floor: garage, laundry room (tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer)

second floor: fitted and equipped kitchen, dining room opening onto living room (TV box, wifi internet access), wc, bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin).

Second floor: three bedrooms:
bedroom 1: double bed and dressing room
bedroom 2: double bed, dressing room and cot,
bedroom 3: two single beds and wardrobe.
Bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin and changing table.

Hiking enthusiasts will find the GR 34 nearby, while surfers will find the Baie des Trépassés a 12-minute drive away. Pointe du RAZ is 18 minutes away.
The surrounding towns offer a wide range of shops, restaurants and activities:
Audierne: 7 minutes, Douarnenez 25 minutes, Locronan 35 minutes, Quimper 45 minutes.
You'll have a choice of different beaches (Audierne, Plouhinec, Douarnenez....).

A deposit of 300 euros must be paid in cash on arrival.
A supplement of 50 euros will be charged for household linen (sheets, comforter covers, etc.).
A supplement of 50 euros will be charged for bathroom linen.
Please note that the house is non-smoking.
