Convenient and Clean

Everything from start to finish was great! Directions and instructions very clear and easy. The place was well stocked and very clean and nice. Downtown location was great and easy to park. Had a great time and we appreciate all the little things this place provided for us!

Superb downtown getaway

Beautiful loft rental- well stocked and clean, the host and assistant are great to work with. Rooftop and courtyard access are a nice bonus. Super convenient to downtown venues. Highly recommend.

Amazing place!!

We came into town for the Kenny Chesney concert with some friends. This is the perfect place for any Lincoln event. The location is perfect. The unit is as described and includes everything you'll need for a perfect stay. Roof top patio was amazing. Highly recommend this home.

Did not want to leave

We love this loft condo. It is conveniently located near campus, bars and restaurants. The beds are comfy, kitchen is a dream & decor is modern yet fun. Management offered an immediate solution to a minor issue that I suggested they look into for the next guests. We love this property, did not want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Convenient and classy

Wonderful place to call home when in town for a Husker game! Every amenity was at our fingertips and the parking was convenient across the street too! Look forward to staying here again!

The Loft was very clean, comfortable and was in a great location. Parking was across the street in a garage, which was simple. Only issue we had was we thought game day parking was included- it is not, so we had to move cars and pay for parking at another garage.

When can we go back?

Condo was exactly as described. Location was great. Music from bar near courtyard could be heard late into the night. Safe, clean & comfortable. Parking was easy.

Great Place! Great Location!

This place is very clean and well supplied. The process of getting in was very easy, instructions were sent in a timely manner before arriving. It is in a great location and parking was not hard to find. The deco is super cool! We will be visiting again soon I hope!

Great location downtown Lincoln

This apartment is in a great location - well equipped, comfy beds, nice linens and good shower. Communication with the owner was super prompt and helpful. Only thing would have been good to know ahead of time is that the parking on street or in the garage is metered and needs to be managed. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Will definitely be back

This is a newer loft with just enough room for 3. My husband and older son stayed while visiting friends in Lincoln. While we needed a car for airport travel, you really wouldn’t need one for bouncing around town. We walked to eat most nights and there’s lots of great choices. The beds are comfy and surprisingly this loft is quiet. We did hear music on Saturday night and there are lots of bars in the area. The front facing lifts may be louder. Our host was accommodating with a parking pass and efficiently added an additional night for us. Parking is metered or across the street. This was the only drawback we had with lugging groceries upstairs. Would 100% recommend and would rent again. Thank you!

Excellent location, beautiful condo, very stylist, great layout.

Property was perfect for our family, great layout and loved the decor. The only odd aspect of the entire rental was they required that we took out garbage to the alley which I thought was very odd since we paid a fairly large cleaning fee. I thought that was unnecessary given the rental price and cleaning fee.
