Welcome to your private resort style Island Home "Sugar Shack".
Enjoy the turquoise Blue Sea of Abaco......watch the rays, turtles, and dolphins greet you at the dock surrounded by majestic cocoanut palm trees.
Entertain your family and friends on the large shell stone patio. Take a dip in the swimming pool while watching the boats go by. Lounge under the Tiki hut with ample seating of 8, sipping a cool drink or grilling your favorite catch. There is a large 60 ft dock and dinghy access with electric hookup and a place to launch your Kayaks.

Each bedroom has its own mini split AC with thermostat and ceiling fan. Smart Tv in Primary bedroom and #3 guestroom. Full bath has tub/shower, toilet, vanity, linen closet, between bedrooms #2 & 3.

PRIMARY bedroom 17x24 King bed, sofa and chair. Mounted 55 tv. 2 closets.
1/2 bath and large separate shower in hallway next to primary bedroom on the south wing of house.

Bedroom #2 (14x16) king bed. Bedroom #3 (12x16) queen bed. Bedroom #4 is an 8x14 loft with shower and tub.

*Efficiency detached #5 bedroom (15 x 20) has full bath with shower/toilet/vanity. There is a mini lunch bar for 2. coffee maker and microwave.
**** Efficiency opens with additional charge for 5th bedroom.

***Kitchen/dining room/Living area
There is a large well stocked kitchen with coffee maker, filters, blenders, toaster oven/air fryer and lots of pots and pans. There is a dining room table with seating for 8 along with 2 chairs at kitchen counter.
Living area has 2 leather full size couches with recliner, coffee table, desk and 65 mounted smart tv....2 large ceiling fans with 20 ft beamed wood ceilings.

The home has 2500 sq ft with a loft (queen bed 4th bedroom) and vaulted beamed whitewashed ceilings. Whole house generator and Starlink Internet.

*Detached efficiency (5th bedroom) has pull out King bed and full bath (3rd bathroom) is steps away from the main house and opens on request with additional fee.

There are plenty of pool floats, board games and 7 kayaks for cruising the canals or to the beach which is directly across from the dock. There is an outside cold shower in Tiki hut along with dining table with seating for 6.

You can rent golf carts to cruise around Treasure Cay or rent a car to catch a ferry, transport to and from the airport (30 Miles) OR explore the island.
There are nearby places to rent a boat or hire a captain to fish or island hop to the out islands; Snorkel, deep dive or enjoy the crystal-clear blue waters of the Abaco's.
Please reserve ahead of time tours, carts and boat rentals. Taxis are always available.

There are several restaurants close by and places to call for take-out orders: (cell numbers on WhatsApp welcome list) hire a local chef or order out from the locals.
Bahama Beach Club for dining has different menu items each evening of the week. Steak, taco. Italian and Bar-b-que.... reserve ahead of time.

Treasure Sands Club is now open located right before the gate entrance to Treasure Cay. A romantic exquisite venue overlooking the Sea of Abaco for island dining or cabana lounging around the pool. Sunset Pizza is across the street serving appetizers, sandwiches and cocktails along with their signature pizzas.

In the Blue Plaza across from Treasure Cay Beach is a liquor store, a mini mart, Florences Cafe/bakery, a rental car and gift shop along with a new Dive store just a few miles away. New grocery store outside of TC gate.

The small private gated community prides itself as one of the most beautiful beaches and boating lifestyles in the Atlantic Caribbean.
