ULTIMATE LUXURY Water Front Home With Breathtaking Views and Dock!

Welcome to "Chillin' The Most" in Treasure Cay, Abaco. This high end water front home is the ULTIMATE in relaxation and luxury. Enjoy the beauty inside the home as well as the nature all around. The views are breathtaking! This spacious home provides lots of room to relax and unwind with friends and family. There is also a large dock which includes a 60 foot space of flat dock before the tender dock which is an additional 30 feet. Both dock spaces have dauphin poles.

This custom home features a large covered back patio with a cocktail pool steps from the ocean. It is the perfect place to take a dip and enjoy the scenery! The modern outdoor sitting area has lots of space and shade for lounging. Your morning coffee is best on the back porch or dock, watching the dolphins and sea turtles!

The water front master suite contains a king bed with two swivel chairs and a large couch for an afternoon nap. The en suite bathroom has a beautiful tile walk in shower and soaking tub with double vanity. The master suite also has its own covered private porch with swivel chairs.

Bedroom two contains a king bed with an attached private bathroom.

Bedroom three is waterfront and contains a queen bed with a private bathroom.

Bedroom four is waterfront upstairs and contains a queen bed. It shares a full bathroom with bedroom five.

Bedroom five contains two twin bunk beds and two double beds with a small sectional sofa. It also has a canal water view! Bedroom five is the perfect place for kids to have their own space, but is plenty of space for adults too.

An additional studio apartment above the garage (sleeps 2) is also available. Message for pricing and how to add this additional space to your house rental!

Each bedroom and the living room contain smart TVS. The living room also has cable. There is WIFI throughout the house.

The large custom kitchen is well equipped including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, glass cooktop, double oven, two large refrigerators, dishwasher, and drink station with mini fridge and ice maker. You will love to cook in this beauty!

Additional items included in your rental: outdoor gas grill, beach towels, beach chairs, 2 kayaks, a paddle board, snorkel gear, and bicycles. There is a large laundry room with a washer and dryer inside the home as well. And YES, we have a generator!

Marsh Harbour Airport (MHH) is the primary airport of arrival to Treasure Cay. It is approximately a 30 minute drive from Marsh Harbour to our home. Be sure to arrange a taxi or rental car before arriving on your flight. It is also recommended that you grab groceries for the week at Maxwells in Marsh Harbour before coming to Treasure. Treasure does have a small convenience store if you run out of milk or need toothpaste. It carries the very basics.

If flying private, Treasure Cay has a private airport approximately 10 minutes away.

Treasure Cay is a wonderful, safe community with the most beautiful beaches. Here you will find the world renowned 3 mile Treasure Cay beach, it has been rated one of the top ten beaches in the world! To get around Treasure, It is best to rent a golf cart if you have not rented a car. It is fun riding around Treasure Cay and enjoying what the community has to offer. Other things to do include island hopping, swimming with the pigs at No Name Cay, swimming with the sea turtles at Green Turtle Cay, fishing, catching lobster, kayaking, riding bikes, or just relaxing by the pool and ocean. There are boat rentals and fishing charter available, but you must arrange early.
