Grandview #612 - This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, ground floor waterfront condo.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular views of the pristine water and surrounding mountains.

Enjoy a King bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great little place for myself and 4 young boys/teens. The lake is right out the back slider and they had an absolute blast. Should have stayed one more day. The place is not huge and it is just as described. Primary bed was very comfy. No complaints, would stay again.

Awesome stay

Me and my friends look to always book here for memorial week. This place has everything you can ask for. From a clean room that sleeps plenty of people to easy access to downtown and the water. Location and accommodations are great! Plenty of parking as well

Super place for families

We love this place. We rent one of the condos every year and while the building is somewhat dated, the condos themselves are beautiful. The access to the lake and to downtown is amazing. Will be back!

This was the perfect location but could use some more transparency on the bedroom. It was quite small and due to its location in the condo we ended up having to take the Murphy bed because our toddler needed to sleep before us. Oven needs some maintenance but otherwise had a great stay. Just a little more communication on the check in process would have been nice.

Nice location, quiet property

Really liked staying here. Would stay again. Wish there was an easier way to get my paddleboard into the water. They need to do better keeping kids out of the hot tub. Trying to relax and couldn't because kids were snorkeling in the hot tub.

Rest and recovery

Location was great and rental was accurate to listing. Some minor wear and tear and maintenance could be done but overall was perfect for the last minute reservation. Would definitely stay again

Perfect location!

Very clean and property was exactly like pictures and as described. Property is right across the bridge from Campbells and town so great location for walking and close to additional wineries for tastings! Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Walkable location

We stayed in the off season & we’re delighted with the proximity to town. Still able to paddle board, but the lake level is low then. Our condo met our needs well.

Noise

Everything was very good but there was issue of noise. Even a small movement upstairs was creating a lot of noise and disturbing. Similarly bed springs were making noise. So made it difficult to sleep.

Wedding Weekend

The stay was nice although we could hear the people above us talking. Also, I think it’s a total rip off to pay a very expensive cleaning fee than be required to clean the unit before we left. I have used VBRO for years and the fees, admin and cleaning are so ridiculous and overpriced and you are expected to do so much before you leave. This is a rip off I will no longer be using VBRO. You already getting the room rate and you want to line your pockets with more money!

Walking distance to town!

Loved the close proximity to town, only a few minutes across the bridge. Rental was ok, covered the basics. Beds were comfy, spacious living room area with sliding back door leading to our lakefront view. We had dinner right outside our room on the picnic table. Property was along the lake providing wonderful views/sunsets. Aside from this, rental itself was a bit dated and a handful of problems. You can’t open your bedroom curtains/blinds bc it opens up into a high traffic hallway. Our rental was also on the bottom floor so it’s dark and dingy in the hallway, definitely not something you’d would want to look at. Rooms are not sound proof, very noisy from all directions. We heard the person snoring in the next room. Kids jumping, banging upstairs, doors slamming all throughout the day/night and kids running thru the hallway. Also discovered the front door doesn’t naturally shut all the way unless you slam it, so you have to make sure to double check when coming/going. Dishwasher didn’t work properly as the pod was still intact after running a cycle. We washed our dishes by hand. The toilet paper holder kept falling off track. It wouldn’t be bad except the bathroom is fairly small, so it was a little tight/gross trying to picking up the pieces. Nonetheless, we slept, ate and played well. We had a great time in Chelan.

Perfect location. I would suggest getting a west facing room though, ours was not and it felt a bit closed off.

50th Celebration

We stayed here for my sister's 50th birthday celebration. It was just the two of us and our daughters. We had a GREAT time and the condo was absolutely perfect! The office staff and security handled a little hiccup in our stay swiftly and satisfactorily. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to stay here again soon - with better weather!!
