This is the perfect vacation spot for multiple families or group retreats. Sleeps 13+ with lake views in almost every room. 130+ feet of lake frontage on a private cove. Access lake with a walk in ramp and enjoy views on a furnished covered deck with fireplace and TV! This house boasts 2 primary suites, a third king bedroom and 2 bunk rooms. Open great room with fireplace and expansive lake views of Lake Hamilton. Chef’s kitchen with ice maker, double oven 10 ft. Island with seating for 4 and dining room with seating for 10. Great location on the lake and close to the racetrack and downtown Hot Springs. Sorry! No pets or parties. Private boat dock!

Great getaway spot

A great view with beautiful interiors as well. Furnishings were great and we loved the kitchen with a huge island!

Fantastic stay

We had a great stay, again. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. The open kitchen with huge island and living room setup was perfect for our group. The owner was a pleasure to work with and provided great communication. Highly recommended.

Excellent vacation.

We had a great time. The house is fantastic, new and clean and very spacious. Very good location on the lake if you are boating. Holly is an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Great for a group trip

House was very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat in. Large kitchen and living room made for a great spot for all of 8 of us gather. The covered deck with fireplace was also a great spot to relax. With 8 adults we never felt cramped and everyone had their own bed

This home is perfect for gathering together with the people you love! The layout of the spaces is so functional, spacious yet warm & welcoming, clean, and perfectly equipped thanks to the thoughtful and gracious hosts. Best rental!!

Just spent an amazing 10 days at Holly & Mark’s beautiful home! 10 out of 10 in all aspects! Holly was a great communicator and even sent a picture of the spice shelf before we arrived to help with shopping lists. Perfect set up for our large family and great entertaining areas for our family in town that came to visit. House was amazingly stocked with anything you could need. Great neighborhood and our kids even made friends with the neighbors dog and took him out paddle boarding! We have a surf boat and dock and depth of water was perfect for what we needed with a great cove for swimming for kids. We come to Lake Hamilton every summer and this was by far our best rental! Will be back for sure!

Perfect house

We have an annual trip to the lake with a couple other families and this house was perfect for that! It is absolutely stunning and well done. The three master bedrooms were large and very nice. The 2 bunk rooms worked perfectly for our boys and girls. The kitchen is perfect for meals at the house - a giant island, great appliances, plenty of room. The location on the lake is great and the boat house is very nice. We all agreed it was the nicest rental we have ever had on Lake Hamilton and we are already looking at when we can go back. 10/10!!

Wonderful celebratory weekend!

We meet each year as a family --- and, for the last number of years, we have been meeting to celebrate family events --- milestones. This year was my neice's high school graduation!! She is the last of the four cousins to graduate from high school and we have two college graduations in the next few years! This house was the perfect setting for our long weekend --- thank you Holly and Mark --- the house is great!

Birthday Getaway

We spent the past weekend celebrating my grandmother’s 80th birthday at this gorgeous property and Holly went above and beyond to make our stay special! The house is stunning, the outside patio is a dream and you can’t beat the lake views. The house is completely stocked with everything you might need and then some. Holly was great about answering any of my questions quickly and was very accommodating with all of our requests. Will definitely return again in the future!!

Excellent retreat!

Five friends & I had an amazing long weekend staying at this property for a retreat. Holly, the owner, was so easy to communicate with & went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The house is beautiful, stocked with everything you need & is close to Hot Springs. It’s located on a quiet, dead-end street. I’d love to come back with family this summer!

The pictures do not do this house justice! Beautiful, spacious home with every amenity you could possibly need. Spent many hours on the deck by the fireplace watching the water and enjoying the peace and quiet. Holly was a pleasure to work with and even went the extra mile to make our stay special. Family time

It was very relaxing. The house was beautiful. The views were amazing. We spent lots of time out on the back deck with the fireplace on setting and visiting and watching the ducks, geese and deer.
