TY GARO - Beautiful family house with sea view

Welcome to TY GARO, a charming house located in the calm of the countryside while being less than 1 km from the sea. This comfortable house with its lovely sea view overlooking the entrance of the Aber Benoit is designed to comfortably accommodate families.



Before entering the house, you will be won over by the large wooden terrace that offers a beautiful sea view. The house is equipped with a large living area with its comfortable living room, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room also has a fireplace, ideal for warming up by the fire in winter after a good walk along the coast. You will also find on the ground floor a beautiful bedroom with its 160x200 bed which offers direct access to the terrace. You will also find on the ground floor a separate toilet as well as a bathroom with shower.



Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms: 2 bedrooms are equipped with a large bed in 160x200, one of which also has a baby bed. These 2 bedrooms also offer a beautiful sea view from the skylight. The last bedroom is more of a children's room with its bunk bed and games available. You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.



Outside, enjoy a pleasant evening in the open air on the large terrace overlooking the garden, thus creating a peaceful setting to relax.



This charming house is located 2 km from the village of Landéda where you will find all amenities.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

This house is suitable for people with reduced mobility (excluding wheelchair users).



Animals are also welcome, however we draw your attention to the fact that the garden is not fenced.
