FRESHLY UPDATED RENTAL!, This 1 bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit condo association. Conveniently located in the desirable West End, on a quiet side street between Commercial and Bradford Streets. Seasonal water views. Exclusive parking for 1 car. Plenty of natural light streams into the freshly painted living/dining/kitchen area, and the separate bedroom (bed with QUEEN-sized mattress), both with high ceilings. Amenities include: in unit washer/dryer, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, HD Smart TV with Sling TV streaming, high speed Wi-Fi Internet, 2 ceiling fans, dining table for up to 6 people, outdoor grill shared with downstairs tenant, and exclusive small balcony with bistro set. Close to shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, gym, bike rental, beach.

Most everything in walking distance, you might never use your car!

Wake up bright and early, head over to Joe Coffee (.2 mile away), and sit out on their expansive patio, where you can see and be seen, or have breakfast at Liz's Cafe (450 feet away). Rent bikes at Ptown Bikes (600 feet away), and on your way to Herring Cove Beach or beyond, grab sandwiches from Pop & Dutch (250 feet away). Later, pump up your biceps at Mussel Beach Gym (450 feet away), and get a fresh cut at Monument Shave Shoppe (200 feet away), before Tea Dance at The Boatslip (600 feet away). For a good bottle of wine and sophisticated nosh, hop over to Perry’s Wine & Liquors (700 feet away). For dinner try our go-to restaurant: Sal's Place (.2 mile away). Finally, dance the night away at several clubs in town, all also within walking distance.

We loved our time at 4 Montello and plan on returning next year! The apartment is well-appointed and comfortable - with great central air for those hot days! . It’s minutes away from all the action, in the quiet West End. The owners were easy to work with and quickly answered all inquiries prior to our arrival. Highly recommended.

Terrific trip at the tip of the Cape!

The apartment was turn key and super clean! Great location with parking! Lazaros was helpful with restaurant suggestions and runned down a garden location I was keen on seeing- it was very relaxing to walk from West End to East End of Provincetown and we can’t wait to go back!

Home away from home

This was our second year staying and it was just as good as last year. The apartment is well-appointed, very comfortable and has virtually everything you might need. The owners are friendly and responsive. And is located very close to a bike shop and nice breakfast restaurant.

Great second stay

This was our second time staying here and it was a great return visit! The location is perfect: quiet and serene, on a charming side street, but close to everything: great food, the gym, the town beach, etc. Everything in the unit is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The hosts are helpful and kind. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect!

We only came for a few days and were pleasantly surprised with the brightness and space that we rented. It may be small but it was perfect for our needs and gave us a place to relax that felt more like home. The host was wonderful with information and making sure that we were happy.We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful!

Spotless, lovely unit. Lazarus responded to any questions immediately. Great location, close to beach and Commercial Street but quiet inside. Lazarus made sure we were fully supplied with paper products and other necessities. The balcony was an added bonus! All in all, a great stay.

A cozy condo in the West End

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this clean and cozy condo. The location on Montello Street was close to the action on Commercial Street, but very quiet at night. The owner of the property was very responsive when we reached out. We would gladly stay here again.

Great place in a great town

Perfect two-person apartment in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to Commercial Street. The upstairs apartment reflects an efficient use of space and is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We were very pleased with our 3-night stay and would certainly come back. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We have been coming to the Cape for decades but never stayed in Provincetown. Now I am sure we will be back. The apartment was great .
