Our wonderful time in Ptown was made largely possible by this comfortable and clean condo. Located in the quiet west end of Provincetown, this home is just lovely. With a king-size bed, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, and sizable living room, it was ample space for us. We made ourselves at home and found this central, yet quieter, spot ideal for walking our dog, going to the beaches, and exploring town. Many thanks to the owner for making this our home away from home!

Amazing location near boatslip, short walk to everything in town. One of the few places we’ve stayed in ptown with a king bed…extremely comfortable.

Fabulous Week in Ptown

We had a fabulous week in PTown mixed with beach time, hiking long point, great meals at local restaurants, kayaking, visiting the monument, and enjoying a drag show with our family. This was the perfect place in a great location for all our fun.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment

The title says it all. Very nice apartment with a spacious living space and perhaps the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Ptown. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location for Ptown lovers

Comfy, clean and perfect for 2 people and an occasional guest. Location is perfect for either walking in to Town or walking to the quieter west end. Near beaches, restaurants, bakeries and all that Ptown has to offer, Owner was very responsive to the minor issues that arose.

We've stayed here many times and love this unit for it's location and proximity to town. The owners are great and responsive. Never have a snag. Looking forward to coming back again.

Great Home in the Perfect Location

My husband and pups had the best stay in PTown for NYE. The house was clean, well-appointed, and in a great location. We've never stayed on the West End, but it was fabulous. It is close to everything, and the homes in the area are stunning. We loved it. We will definitely be back!

Home away from home

This was our second time staying here and it began to feel like a second home. Such a great location and just the right amount of space for two. We enjoyed meals on the deck out back and love being able to walk pretty much anywhere in town. Great place for a three week stay.

I’ve stayed in this condo twice now and the photos don’t do it justice. This updated condo is in a great location and Deborah is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location.

Very spacious condo just literal steps from all the amazing action of Ptown. Great West end location a minute walk from the fun, but far enough away from the nose to truly enjoy. We bright our fur babies and they enjoyed the pet friendly beach nearby.

Great condo in a great location.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed for a week's stay in Provincetown. We made use of the back patio in the mornings, and the proximity to the majority of things to do in Provincetown was ideal. The kitchen worked perfectly for moments when we wanted to eat in, and the A/C added comfort when the days got a bit too hot. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Perfect stay

An exceptional apt!! Right on Commercial, with total peace and quiet, private entrance, pet friendly with a fenced in yard,…we even each had our own bathroom!! The front windows look into the ocean and commercial st. It truly was perfect!

Great Location

This condo is perfectly located in the West End just out of the hubbub of Commercial St. Easy to walk to anything but on the quiet end of town. Owner communicated well and took care of a problem with the heat immediately. Sunny and roomy. I'd stay here again easily.

Airy West End Condo

Perfect condo for a vacation in Provincetown. Perfectly located in the west end side, quiet but still very close to both restaurants and the beach. The apartment was very clean at arrival and it was super easy to find it. The car space isn't by the property but at close distance and the wine store is on the way. We had a great time and would definitely book it again. Deborah was really nice and would highly recommend to anyone else who wants to spend a great week on ptown!

Overall good stay and great locations.

We’ve been coming to PTown 3-4 times a year for over 15 years and this is the second summer we’ve had to rent( we have a kind relative who we stayed for free with who owns a home there but circumstances have changed) so it’s a new process and hard to compete with that. That said, the apartment was clean, well stocked with all kitchen needs, iron, ironing board, washer and dryer, and towels, toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. Refrigerator had ample space and worked well. There’s cable to and WiFi. The two bathrooms were great as it made it easy to get ready to head out for dinner/bars/beach without trampling each other. The deck was a nice place to sit and watch the sunset and the passers by. Be advised this is a second floor unit with a reasonably steep 12 step outdoor staircase so let’s with mobility issues may have trouble. Fenced in courtyard was good to keep our dog from running off but limited space to do his business. Courtyard could be an exceptionally nice feature if the plantings were better maintained and the whole area was weeded regularly. There is a grill but we didn’t use it, not sure if it’s working as a vine was growing through it. Parking is a definite plus as PTown parking has become insane and most of the free spots are either taken or turned to pay parking. The spot is about two blocks away from the apartment but easy to access. The air conditioning does work but it took a while to cool down the apartment and it won’t get super cold. Some fans would be a nice additional touch to circulate the air and cool it better. Location is excellent…on the quieter west end of Commercial Street with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, bars, and the ferry. Herring Cove and Race Point Beaches are a 5-10 minute car ride and 10-15 minute bike ride away. Check in process was easy and check out was relatively easy too. Checkout is reasonably early(10am) so late risers be advised! It conceivably could hold a third or 4th person but it’s probably best for couples or a couple with a younger child as there’s really only one bed and two large couches. Overall we had a pleasant stay, was great to find a good dog friendly place in a great location, and it allowed us to have an enjoyable week. We’d definitely rent it again.

This is a true find -- large, open, bright, clean, comfortable, nice flow, well-equipped kitchen, and all on a quiet and beautiful stretch of Commercial Street. Deborah is a fantastic host -- very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Clean, spacious, no sheets for pull out, shared fenced yard

When we booked our stay, we made it for 3 adults in the reservation. I specifically asked Deb prior to our stay if linens were provided or needed and was told they were provided - we got there and there weren't any for the pullout couch because she "would've needed to know we needed them" - we figured saying 3 adults made it clear we weren't all sleeping in the king bed. She did offer to come to town to bring some but made it seem like an annoyance. We got sheets from a friend in town instead. Regardless, we had a nice stay, it's far enough down Commercial St. that it isn't real loud. The apartment was great, spacious, and very clean. Having 2 bathrooms is also great.
